One star is too high for this horrid company. This is the most unprofessional company’s I have ever seen. We were at the port and they said we were in the wrong spot but it was supplied with the wrong port number. Next, the boat was shaking so bad that I felt like I was on a vibration device. Then, they were late picking us up which is ironic because they left one of our group members behind. She was in the bathroom where the lock broke. We exclaimed to the tour guide we had a person in the bathroom in English, Italian, and Spanish. By our teacher, her friends, and more. As we docked, she announced she was checking the bathrooms but that didn’t help the fact that she just walked past them as our student was pounding on the door for help. We tried to get help after they yelled at us to get off the boat. We said a minor is in the bathroom and stuck but they didn’t care. They left and wouldn’t let us leave her stuff so she could contact us as she left her phone with her belongings. They processed to yell at this poor girl for being in the bathroom and told her she will she will be dropped off at the next stop over an hour away and could figure it out for herself. I am horrified.

Definitely skip this trip. They take you to Murano, which is lovely, but give you no time to see it. Instead, they try to sell you glass from whatever factory they have a deal with. They give you an hour in Burano instead of the 90 minutes they advertise, but it’s a mercy, since it’s basically a shopping mall, with nothing worth buying, eating, or looking at. Also, it was bucketing down rain when we landed at Burano, but the crew didn’t care and rudely sent out into it instead of waiting a few minutes for it to stop. You’d think all that was to stay on schedule, but we got back to San Marco 40 minutes late when all was said and done, nearly making us have to run for a dinner reservation we should have easily made and would have been charged for a no-show.

Went on a couple of excursions with them. Great service, knowledgeable of the area, on time, felt looked after the whole time

These palaces are certainly worth to visit as they are historical and you don't get to see them everyday. It was a nice tour, lasted about 2.5 hours. The guide provided us with good information. It was above my expectations. Its a must in Venice.

We enjoyed the trip. The only downside was that the boat from Venice departed later than planned and we had to wait for it for about 15 minutes longer because at that time (3:30 p.m.) there were many passengers and a larger ship was needed.

After booking our trip at our hotel, everything was quite straightforward.
The booth at the port was easy to find and the lady who checked us in and issued our tickets was very helpful and friendly.
The boat left exactly on time both going and returning.

The experience was good however I dont feel we got value for money as we didnt get to explore the islands according to the times listed in the brochure.
So we feel you need to definitely look at this and update the brochure so customers know exactly what they are getting.

It was advertised as 1 hour on Murano and we didnt get that long but Burano was listed as 1.5 hours to explore and we only got an hour. When I questioned this with the host on the boat, she had no real answer as to why it was shorter than advertised and said it was the captains ruling to leave after 1 hour.
So we were very upset and mad about this.

Also the company really should cut out the drop to Venice for the people on the half day trip as if we didnt have to dock there we would have had more time to explore the islands.
Was not worth the money and would not do it again with this company

The service ran on time. Brought us from punto sabbioni to Venice

It is a nice tour. The tour guide tells you a lot about the history and gives much information about the islands surrounding Venice.
Later when the sun goes down the view over the ocean gets very beautifull.
For children the 90 minutes boat tour can get a little bit boring.
The negative thing is, that there a too much people on the boat. Everyone who doesn’t get a seat at the top roof is standing alongside the seats at the railing. That makes it nearly impossible to see something without getting up. Especially if you’re a child or not tall. The time in Venice (60 minutes) is to short. If you don’t make it back in time you would end up beeing caught in Venice looking for a hotel for the night, so you need to start the way back to the harbour early.

Simple and effortless booking via smartphone and credit card. I was a but confused because we had received a QR code but when we were already queuing up to board the ship it turned out we had to go to a booth to get paper tickets for boarding. The boat ride itself was smooth and pleasant.

We had wonderful experince with Il Doge. Very kind sailors and the guide was very helpful taking the time to respond to some of our questions.
The islands and the glass visit were amazing.

The whole trip was great. Guide, Manola (hope that I remembert her name :-) ) was excelent.
We arrived a bit earlier so they put us on the firs boat and it was great to have more time in Venezia.
We are deffinitly going to recomend you.
