Although my order took over 3 weeks to arrive, the dog tags were beautiful. Very good quality and looks like the lettering will last a long time. I was emailing them constantly and they were very good with replying. I would definitely encourage you to order if you want a quality product and don’t mind waiting a little for your order to arrive.

Dog tag arrived as designed, the little furry friend was happy about his present. It's a great product and the quality is fantastic. Overall this is a great present, with the right information on it, easy to have your dog back in case it wanders away.

We love our new dog tag and can’t wait to put it on our new arrival soon. We don’t have our puppy just yet (5 more weeks) but when I saw the tag I knew I had to put an order in.

All in all, it’s great quality and the engraving looks so nice. There is just one thing, I wish I ordered a large for our Goldendoodle Pup.

One other thing, customer service took the time to reach out to me a number of times to ensure that I received my tag. Thank you for that.

Excellent dog tag! Superb quality!
We ordered a dog tag and was a little concerned that it hadn't arrived in weeks. I emailed Dogtags and they immediately responded and organised a replacement tag to send. However, my original order arrived within a few days of the email.Covid postal delays.
Amazing tag, excellently engraved and great quality. I'm very pleased with the product and the immediate responses from staff.

After having a few different tags that would wear away we finally found Dogtags.id! postage was a little slow but that's not their fault. When the tag arrived I was pleasantly surprised by how deep the etching was, it's comforting to know that my contact details will be visible on the tag for a long long time!

Ordered a tag for our Toby after the print wore off of the pet store one we bought for him as a pup, two years ago. As with so many others we waited about a month before emailing DogTags asking about when we could expect delivery. Sent the email in the morning and when I went out to check the Post there was the package from DogTags.
The tag is exquisite! Beautiful gold dog bone shape, shinny as a mirror, and the print is etched deep and black and the information on it is accurate.
We are highly recommending DogTags to all our friends with dogs but including a mention of the wait time ( I expect mostly due to Covid trouble ).

PS - Was just reminded that the pet store tag was the same price as the DogTad we ordered.

I just received my dog tag and I must say that I have never seen such a high quality tag. It was exactly how it looked on the website (so no surprises!). When my first order didn't arrive, they rushed me a new one right away (thanks Zoe!) and it was worth the wait. It's a breath of fresh air to deal with a company that has great customer service as well as amazing products.

Took about 10 days to arrive. Not surprisingly, given the problems with delivering orders everywhere in the last 18 months. I followed up just to be sure it was on its way. Got a prompt reply to give it a while longer. The tags arrived as promised. Very nicely packaged and were exactly as advertised. Very happy with the service, price and quality. Will order from them again.

Ordered 5 weeks ago, have emailed them numerous times over the last 2 weeks to ask where the tags are, tracking number or just confirmation if they are on the way, and absolutely no response at all from them! Would avoid!
