The tag is good qualiity and the script is lovely. I ordered my puppy's tag before my dog was old enough to travel to me, so the delay was irrelevant.

I recently bought new dog tags for my little pupper in September and we have just received them; although the process was a little long due to postal delays (out of their control, here in AUS we’ve had postal issues for weeks), the tags were so worth the wait. Their customer service team was so AMAZING and helpful. I’m still shocked by the quality of the tags, they’re gorgeous!

I placed my order about a month ago and enquired when I still hadn’t received it and the customer service team were so lovely and helpful, luckily my order showed up not long after and looks great!

The dog tag is good quality & exactly as I ordered it. Worth buying.

These are great tags for lots of purposes not just dogs. I wanted a tag with my initials on one side and mobile on the other to add to my ring of keys. And these dog tags where better than other tags by other companies. Excellent website and prompt service.

Our tag is beautifully made. As many others said, our shipping was delayed but they were prompt to reply and offered re delivery of a new one if we didn’t receive it.

Really happy with the dog tag received for our pup and the service was excellent, I had an enquiry on delivery and it was answered promptly.

My order did take much longer than specified to arrive, but in saying that, I was not aware that when I placed the order, it was not an Australian company. All my emails to Dogtags were followed up promptly and even an offer to redo and resend our order if it didn’t arrive. The tags arrived today and they look fantastic. Our puppies are now proudly wearing them. I also love the clips and the quality of the workmanship and materials.

Something went wrong with delivery of my order and it never arrived. Once I notified Dogtags.id, they dispatched a replacement which I received a few days later. Thanks for the good back-up service!

Ordered weeks ago, no communication from company except for generic messages thanking me for my patience when in fact I am out of patience with these guys.
Item is very obviously lost in transit and the company couldn’t care less.. avoid at all costs. Terrible business owners

Took weeks to arrive but not their fault. Australia having postal problems. Really liked the dog tag. Well made. Very happy with it. Dogtags very easy to communicate with.
