First class experience from start to finish. The involvement from seller was so refreshing. They went out of their way to make sure that the end product was as close to perfect as it ended up being. I chose to do a custom song in the music/jewelry box. I chose the clip I thought I wanted. The seller took the time to make a selection from the same song, and it was so much better. Then they put a sample together and had me approve it before continuing. When I gave the music/jewelry box to my daughter she cried so hard (happy cry). It was such a wonderful reaction, she has never let herself express emotion like that in front of me before. I'm her father, and the emotion she showed was so powerful I cried too. Her and I have endured such a tough life, that showing affection in general is very difficult let alone toward one another. But when this gift was given, we gave each other a long overdue hug. I needed to find a way to show my daughter how much she means to me and this went a long way. And for that I will eternally be grateful to this seller. A gift that will be with her long after my time is over.

Music box is For my daughter's 42 birthday. I have always loved music boxes. When I saw your ad, I was fascinated. I have been very impressed with the short delivery period, selection of products, beautiful packaging of gift and I am sure she will love the it!!

I was looking for a customizable music box when found I this one. It was super easy to order and there was clear communication from those making the box too once the process started. I still can’t believe how beautiful it turned out! It is a little pricey, but to me it was worth every penny for the quality. I mean even the packaging it came in is super nice. I never would have found a music box that was able to play the song I wanted just by looking in general. I love that I can watch all the little gears turning while it plays plus there’s even a space to put a picture inside. The box itself is perfectly petite and sturdy. I’m glad I chose Donuma!

This was a 68th anniversary gift from my dad to my mom. Donuma was great every step of the way - the website was easy to use for the custom order, they sent me the music to approve, then the engraving to approve, all to make sure it was perfect, and it was!! Thanks Donuma!

The end product and engraving was beautifully crafted. The musicians also did a great job for the custom music tune in recreating the original melody. Donuma were very quick to respond to any requests to changes in the tune and were very understanding, giving an accurate sample to ensure the final product was right.

Product just as described and the customization process was easy and flexible. Would highly recommend!

I was so amazed with the beauty of the music box I ordered for my granddaughter. The engraving turned out better than I could even hope for with a beautiful heart included. I had tears in my eyes when I saw it and can’t wait to see her reaction when she opens it. It came beautifully wrapped. The song I chose was perfect and the quality of sound was beautiful. I was supposed to receive it by Feb 11 just in time for valentines day but its not here yet and arriving late. Was a gift for valentines day and still haven't received it, not happy bout this.

Great quality and excellent music sound

It was good service, fast processing time, and great quality.

I did this as a Christmas gift for my partner and I loved the ability to customize the music box with their favorite song, a picture of the two of us and a personal engraving! It was so simple and easy to get it done! I did pay extra for the express shipping, so I can’t accurately attest to the speed of the process otherwise. I will say that it was worth it, as I was able to go through the entire process (no refinements needed) took from ordering to delivery, two weeks! Get this for the music lover in your life and enjoy!

I've shopped around for custom music boxes online, and BY FAR Donuma proved themselves to be the best at communicating with me so *they* knew what *I* want and so *I* knew what to expect. The post-purchase experience was extremely pleasant, it shipped & arrived sooner than I expected, and looks & sounds wonderful. I only wish they offered 30-note mechanisms for longer & more complex tunes! That said, Donuma is the best shop to work with if you want an 18-note music box mechanism.
