Still waiting for a call back from…
Still waiting for a call back from technical support nearly two weeks later! Really disappointed with the service from Door Entet Direct after purchasing a keypad from them , I needed technical support on a Friday. Called them and told someone would call back by their sales department, but am still waiting. Had to go to NACD and get another keypad urgently, who have great technical support.

Outstanding Customer Service
I reported a small defect with one of the items I was shipped. It was the manufacturer's fault not Door Entry Direct's fault. I wasn't expecting a replacement or any compensation but they called me and wouldn't take no for an answer and sent me a replacement part right away. Top notch customer service. I am a repeat customer, great prices too.

When I ordered the power units I elected to pay for next day delivery,this did not happen. When the parcel was delivered it was very badly packaged and one unit was out of its box , more packaging material needed.Not a good experience.

Very pleased with the item as Door Entry Direct was the only place I could find this I believe obsolete equipment. The price was good and really solved a problem I thought I couldn’t solve. However the only slight pain was I’d bought the item on the 9/12/24, I then had an email saying it was being despatch on 13/12/24 ( fantastic get the job done ) I then had two emails saying it was being dispatched on 23/12/24 ( not good ) I then had one saying 17/12/24 and got it on the 18th. So alls well but I had to inform the customer each time. I would definitely use again.
