David Thomas served us and he was lovely, he got the right balance between being helpful and not pestering us.
We really like Doorway to Value and have bought many items from them. They have nice brands, helpful staff, I just think they missed a big opportunity when building their extension not include a coffee shop. That said, David made us drinks and has kept us updated on progress of our order. So far.. very good.Thank you.

We visited the shop 3 times in 3 days to measure up the furniture we wanted, to double check if we really liked it and if it was as comfortable as we thought it was the first time and eventually to actually buy the furniture. Each day Karolina welcomed us with a smile, answered all our questions and went out of her way to ensure we made the choice that we were comfortable with. Great service all around.

Dave Thomson was everything a salesman should be. Friendly, obliging and extremely knowledgable. Gave one confidence we were choosing the right chair, and even made us a coffee.

Visited Doorway to Value today to look for a new mattress Was greeted by Karolina to see if we needed any help which after looking round all the beds on offer we told Karolina our needs.
Tried three and made our decision.
The price was right free delivery.a free mattress protector and also covered by staingard a good deal all round
For a small charge they take away the old mattress

Doorway to Value has always provided good service and quality products. Our visit yesterday to purchase a new mattress was a very simple process and Karolina Wylezek made us feel both at ease with her knowledge and understanding of our requirements.

No pressure sales from Karolina. She knew the product and allowed us to view the stock at our own pace

We were treated in a very professional, knowledgeable way by David Thomson who took lots of time to show us various options of adjustable seating.

David was extremely accommodating and helpful in relation to questions relating to the choices and order in respect of the dining table, Chairs and Breakfast bar stools we ordered. Very pleasant to deal with and has since updated us on the delivery status - thank you David !

Having previously purchased from Doorway to Value, it was our first choice store when deciding to renew our lounge sofa’s. There is such a wide choice of styles, fabric choices and quality sofas available and you’re given time to view without pressure. Being undecided on leather or fabrics, Kelly and Darren Broadhurst gave lots of useful and valuable information including various styles and power reclining functions. We made a number of visits before finally choosing and on each occasion Darren Broadhurst and Ian Parr couldn’t have been more friendly, helpful and professional.
Ian Parr guided us through our purchase and we are very much looking forward to receiving our new sofa’s, thank you Kelly, Darren and Ian for all your help.

Very pleasant experience

I visited Doorway to Value on Monday to buy a new mattress for my bed. I have bought many pieces of furniture from them and always been satisfied with their quality and service. I was shown several mattresses by the assistant, Kaolina, who was very knowledgeable and explained the differences between the quality of each. I was left alone to try several and spent time swopping from one bed to another !! After deliberation, I decided on the Dinamic Supreme Pillowtop 5000 and as a ‘thank you’ was gifted with a Sleep Cool mattress protector and a Cool Care Plan Stainguard. Thank you Karolina.

We visited the store to look at beds and found that there was a very good range available.
We were given very good advice and help in choosing the right bed from Ian Ryan.
His advice was given in a professional manner which assisted greatly in the choice made.

We have now received our sofas they were delivered with care the delivery team were great, there was a small issue with one of the feet when it arrived into the store but I had a lovely chat with Michelle and new ones were on their way to replace the damaged one and this was done 2 weeks after delivery the technician was great and again great care was taken in protecting floors etc their customer service is fantastic and we would definitely buy again from here and recommend to others keep up the great work thankyou

We visited the store recently looking for a new small sofa.Very impressed with the layout and choice. we were left to browse no hard sell , even offered tea.After making our choice we spoke with Peter Williams who answered our questions in a friendly and professional manner, and carried out all the paperwork without any fuss.All in all a stress free purchase.

The company are doing well because of the sales people they employ. On arriving at the store we were welcomed by Mr Ian Parr who could not have been more helpful. His knowledge and advice helped us to select a suite and Ian made everything so easy for us.
