Ordered via phone, spoke to a lovely man, very helpful

I like to order by phone, and I’ve found the Dorset Nursing Supplies staff really friendly, knowledgable and helpful.
On the one occasion when an order went missing (got caught in Christmas post), they were understanding and quick to replace,
As a sole trader, I am absolutely delighted to be supplied by them.

The swimsuit is just as illustrated. I have not swim in it yet as it only arrived yesterday. It fits well although I would have liked bra cups in the top.
Good service from suppliers. Answered question quickly and delivered promptly.

I’ve been using Dorset Nursing Supplies for around a year now, I have found them very good value for money and efficient. I will continue to use them going forward

I wanted a particular over the chair table i had phoned quite a few companies some said it was out of stock others said it was in stock and i would have it within a couple of days but it never arrived then i phoned Dorset Nursing spoke to i think it was Richard who said it was out of stock but would phone me when the new stock arrived.To be honest i really didnt think they would remember to phone me as loads of companies promise to do so but you never hear from them.
Well i got the phone call a few weeks later they were so nice on the phone nothing was too much bother for them they were really helpful,and their price was a lot cheaper than anywhere else for the exact same item.Richard phoned me the following day to keep me updated on the progress of my order I couldn’t be happier with the service i had from Dorset Nursing supplies i will definitely use this company again I can’t recommend them highly enough.Once again thank you Dorset Nursing supplies and a big thank you to Richard.

I would have given 5 stars however the items I ordered turned out to be out of stock (after I had placed the order). Normally this would have been fine except we had already given the customer ( A multi-Nation Blue Chip Company) a date for fitting based on it being a 24 hour delivery from time of order. I only found this out after chasing them. An email would have been nice.

It appears they took my order but didn’t have the items in stock and didn’t inform me of this. After waiting for nearly a week without me receiving notification of dispatch, I had to order from another company, which arrived the following day. Dorset Supplies order did arrive 8 days after placing my order, the same day as the order I had made from the other company, which was ordered just the day before. I probably would not recommend Dorset Nursing Supplies due to the delays involved in delivery and the fact that they did not inform me that the items were out of stock at the time I placed my order.

I rang the company because I wasn't sure if I'd ordered the correct item ,the lady I spoke to was extremely helpful,I didn't feel pressured or rushed, my order arrived on time, I'm very pleased with it,I will definitely be using them again ..

Using parcelforce!! Atrocious service.. I have amended my review to reflect Dorset nursing supplies, however parcel force who deliver??? Whilst they communicated their attempts at the delivery. No cards were left only a text message and after finally logging on to their site .. they finally left the parcel.. if I had wanted redirection to post office or another address I had to pay extra
..would prefer evri or dpd
