When I place my order the system somehow defaulted to an old and incorrect shipping address in my profile. I emailed customer service and within minutes received a live acknowledgment from a team member and not long after the issue was corrected. Their service is second to none.

I reached out to customer service about a missing item in my shipment. I wasn't confident I would get help because this was a free item to begin with. To my surprise they treated me like a valued customer and because of how I felt seen, I will be a lifelong customer. It's so hard to find good customer service these days. I’ve been a customer of Dossier for a few years now and I will continue to be. Some of the “dupes” are better than the original IMO. They have great customer service and have made any exchanges/returns I have made, a very easy process. Dossier, don’t change!

I placed an order and realized right after hitting submit that it was headed to my old address. I immediately sent an urgent email to their customer service team to ask them to update it. I got a response very fast (at like 9:30 pm too) saying they would escalate it. The next morning I heard back that it had been updated. Great customer service! And the scents I have from them smell just like the real thing!!

I had an issue with my order and contacted their support team. They responded professionally, explained the situation clearly, and refunded my order quickly due to a return platform issue. They also kindly allowed me to keep the fragrance as a gesture of goodwill. Very helpful customer service, and I appreciate how they handled everything. Well, one perfume out of three had a longer lasting effect, which was 2-3 hours at its best. Technically this is same product you can buy absolutely anywhere only has a fancy bottle and packing.

The customer service is absolutely wonderful! Valentin was not only courteous, but did her job with impeccable speed. Lately I've encountered customer service agents who are rude and act like they'd rather be anywhere else but there doing their job. I digress, Valentin is absolutely wonderful, and helped me with my issue quickly.

I was excited to receive my free gift from dossier.co. however I received two bottles that were half full and one that was a quarter of the way full. I immediately sent an email to customer service with pictures and asked if they could replace it as advertised. Viorel stated he refunded the shipping and could not give me what I ordered as I ordered and as advertised. Disappointing!!!

Adding after company response. They emailed me again before they commented that telling me sorry you're disappointed only to comment here as if they are trying to be helpful. They then called me a fan, I had never even heard of them but their scents are not anything to brag about so I certainly would not consider myself a fan.

I had been searching for an everyday fragrance and I opted to order citrus matcha and musky green tea. When my order arrived I had second thoughts about one of the fragrances and I tried to go through the process to exchange it. I wrote and email to customer service asking for assistance and they responded within the hour. I changed my mind and decided to keep both and emailed them back to advise of my decision. They again responded back within a few hours. I am confident that if I would have gone through the exchange route, they would have been helpful.
I have bough several fragrances and have always been highly satisfied by the quality of their products.

The quick, efficient and polite responses by the customer service team are greatly appreciated. Everyone wants quick resolutions to issues and that is rarely the case with many companies. Usually you get an automated response asking you to wait 24 hours. Not with Dossier! Not only are they quick to respond they do so with much respect and kindness.
