Customer service is bad
Paid for a chair.
4 days later I get an e-mail that chair is out of stock and to either change color or cancel the order.
I tell them to take another color.
No response.
I write an email asking if they got it. No response
I fill out that contact thingy telling them to cancel because in the end it's too much money for a chair I wasn't 100% happy with and the No contact from their side made me skeptical.
They told me then that my order was already canceled. Got no receipt or whatever and didn't get money back either. No response to my email asking about that either.
This morning I get an email saying they'd be happy to change the color of my chair like my latest request

This is my first computer chair purchase ever on a professional level.. and let me tell you this .. I couldn’t be more happy , I couldn’t be more grateful! I did an entire jnboxing and building video on YouTube “AVO Dre DOWINX Review” And I Am Super grateful that I chose this company after doing extensive research. what more can you ask for in a chair ?!? 165 degree on the recline with the smooth stubble bounce to it. Great Chair, Quick Resolution after Initial Delivery Issue
I appreciate that the company promptly resolved my delivery issue by reshipping the gaming chair when the initial delivery went missing. Although the first attempt was unsuccessful, their quick response and willingness to rectify the situation were impressive. The gaming chair itself looks sensational—I absolutely love it! Had the original delivery gone smoothly, it would have definitely been a perfect 5-star experience.

Broken pieces and uncomfortable
The head pillow was received broken and the massager foam was torn up. I requested replacements on April 10th. It is April 28th and they just keep saying they will send me the tracking number when it’s sent. I have received zero updates without prompting. Chair isn’t even that comfortable.

I've had nothing but issues with this…
I've had nothing but issues with this gaming recliner from day one. Both arms of the gaming recliner are completely loose at the seat and every time I move the chair and lean back in it the chair makes a cracking sound. Yes all the bolts are tight. So yes I won't recommend this chair to anyone.

Arm rests break the recliner mechanism
This would be a one star but I left a review on their website and they sent me a replacement. Problem is, the replacement was worse than the original. First, the arms are attached to the back of the chair, so if you lean on it in any way it'll pull the back all the way up suddenly, sometime throwing the head pillow right off. Eventually, if you do this a few times, the chair no longer locks and leaning back reclines the chair suddenly. I've never had a chair make me feel like I'm falling constantly. This happened with my first chair. The second replacement chair took a bit longer to do this. Ultimately, it wouldn't go up or down at first but eventually had the sudden accelerated recline and snap back features no one wants. Next chair I buy, I'm making sure it's not Downix, and I'll be checking that the arm rests don't pull the back of the chair as I get up. Not a very good design. It either needs a stronger locking mechanism or a different way for the arm rests to attach so you can actually rest your arms and use them as assistance to get up.

NICE COLOR BUT
In like the color I picked ,but I don't liked the fact that the chair is to low and arms keep moving. If lean too far forward the chair will tilt over. Since I got at out of the box I'm wondering how I can get it back in there.
