Had for almost a year and excellent condition

Just Purchased a mazda5 on a 15 plate from James which looks in mint condition. Took it to another mechanic to check for me and he also said looks in very very good condition and drives sweet. Minor issue with the clutch which James wasted no time ordering part and booking in to get sorted. This is very early in relationship but all signs point to an excellent purchase with excellent customer service. I will update after a period of time driving car, but all signs so far are very positive.
Had this vehicle for a month now. James was true to his word and repaired the clicky clutch under warranty. He wanted us to have a vehicle in tip top condition and he has certainly delivered.
I have had this car for almost a year now and so far has been the most reliable car i have purchased in 25yrs. Still runs absolutly smooth and got through winter with ease. This second hand dealer has beaten other dealers ( that sold brand new cars to me) for reliability so a very big thank you from me and my family.

I was looking to replace my VW X-Cross…

I was looking to replace my VW X-Cross and having spoken to the sales manager I was assured that the Kia Stonic was on par with my old one. I was not given the option to test drive the car, andtwo days after taking delivery I found it not fit for my purpose due to having major back issues. The after sales service was poor, the sales manager was rude and evasive when he decided to respond to my finance company, which took over a month. I did not drive the car to keep mileage to a minimum and they now want a substantial amount to take the car back. I find this company to be unreliable, and misleading and feel they need to be avoided.

First Class service.

So far, so good. A great experience buying our car from these people. Professional and straight, what more could you want. James Doyle is a million miles from the traditional second hand car dealer.
