I can only echo the experiences of others. I ordered the 4 tier, rotating, white metal rack & instead received the same tiny, green, plastic tat that others did. Fortunately, I had paid via PayPal & they refunded me in full. This company needs to be stopped from scamming people.

When thinking you are ordering 2 beautiful solid black metal rotating storage racks on casters that would be great for a teenager to store things in such as their art stuff or makeup… and you get sent tiny bad plastic green cheap well if you can call them baskets… this unfortunately tells you that this website is a scam and should be avoided at all costs… thank goodness for PayPal in my case

I also have received a small green plastic tray instead of the 5 tier black metal one I ordered.
Totally fuming, I am going to contact the fraud squad to see if anything can be done

Same here. Ordered the white rotating kitchen basket and received a cheap green plastic thing and paid nearly £30 for it. How are they getting away with it?

They should have minus stars! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. As the previous comments it is a SCAM. They don’t reply to emails and the don’t provide what you think you are buying! No black wheely trolley with baskets.. some green dolls house size looking baskets .. no wheels and nothing like the order I placed !!

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered the swing out tier vegetable rack on wheels, received nasty, cheap green plastic trays. Company do not answer emails. It's a SCAM

Comical, order a set of swing out kitchen shelves on wheels, get three cheap plastic trays, no swing or wheels.

You email them they don’t even get back to you, they had sent me the wrong item. I had ordered the white shelf’s but instead I had been sent some green plastic shelfs. I have been trying to get a refund for days but no answer.

They advertise nice items, you order and pay for it, wait 3 weeks for delivery to open it up to find a cheap piece of tat which is nothing like what you order. I ordered a 4 tier rotating storage rack costing £19.99 + £4.99 postage and I received a lime green plastic shelf not even worth £2. Not impressed...Please avoid this company

Worst ever website and poorest service we bought an item from them online and received completely wrong item and colours I have emailed a few times no reply at all from Them, do not trust this website at all

Yup same here. Ordered the 5 tier rotating cabinet. Got some rubbish plastic green rack which looks like it cost 50p.

Sent strong worded email, with photos included, to them. Not heard anything back.

I ordered a wire mesh round rotating storage unit and received 3 small plastic trays, beyond a joke!

Total rip off ordered a
4 tier rotating storage unit received today a flimsy green storage rack which I would of never dreamt to pay £27 for lesson learnt
Paid through PayPal I doubt whether they will help get my money back

I ordered a set of 5 metal storage baskets on wheels and like customers before have said I recieved a green flimsy plastic tray. I am absolutely fuming. They are refusing to refund as they keep saying I have had my item delivered. Absolute scam. I wrote about my experience on one of their Facebook adverts and they reported me to Facebook,which resulted in the post being removed

Do NOT buy anything from this company! I waited more than a month to receive a small plastic tray that looks nothing like the metal shelves I ordered and does not at all match the value of what I paid. I tried to cancel the order after not hearing from them for a week and they told be they can't cancel once shipment has occurred (although I was never notified of shipment).

Exactly the same experience as everyone else!! Ordered a 'luxury' double blow up bed and received some sort of holiday air sock/bed thing you take to the beach. Many many emails later with a pathetic offer of a refund (started at £3.00, max £8.50 offered so far, I paid £27.98.in total!!) or I have to send it back for a full refund (to CHINA). Disgusting customer service, what a bunch of SCAMMERS!!

If I could give zero stars I would, I bought what should have been
a double blow up bed with built in pump this was advertised as luxury (what a laugh) what I received I could only describe as something that looks a bit like one of those wind sock things you often see blowing in the wind on a fence or pole at a small air field, it would probably serve better as this because it certainly in no way resembles a bed.
I emailed the company within 10 minutes of receipt as they also advertise that a full refund is available within 7 days if you are not satisfied with the product, (MOST DEFINITELY NOT SATISFIED) unfortunately no return address is available, however 10 emails later and numerous offers of 4 dollars, then 7 dollars then 10 dollars refund towards postage costs later they have eventually got the picture that only a full refund is acceptable they have provided a return address but will only refund if they receive the correct product in return and it doesn't get lost in the post??? (low & behold the return address is in China and not the UK warehouse as advertised). I am still waiting to see if the refund is Forth coming but won't hold my breath.
Don't be fooled by the false advertising from this company it is a complete SCAM.

As other customers, order a rotating storage system and received three small green plastic trays not fit for much. Feel totally ripped off as this duplicity is obviously commonplace. Wish I knew before. Not going to bother to return. They have not replied to my complaint.
