Esta empresa (En colaboración con Seur) es la peor liga junto con MRW.
Son unos ladrones, cobran por la entrega a domicilio y dejan los paquetes en el punto de recogida. Tengo pruebas de lo que digo. Ni siquiera intentaron entregarlo, el paquete estaba en el punto de recogida más alejado de mi casa.Las dos peores empresas de España. Deberían ser cerradas por el juzgado con prohibición de por vida de prestar servicios.En el seguimiento del envío se ve claramente la posición "paquete para recoger en punto". Esos vagos ni siquiera se molestaron en venir a casa. Si para eso les pagan. Y encima algún mensajero malicioso dejó mi paquete en el punto de recogida más lejano. No pienso perder una hora caminando y cargando el paquete. Para eso la empresa de mensajería cobra dinero.

This company (in collaboration with Seur) is the worst, along with MRW.
They are thieves, they charge for home delivery and leave the parcels at the collection point. I have proof of what I am saying. They didn't even try to deliver it, the parcel was at the collection point furthest from my home. The two worst companies in Spain. They should be shut down by the court and banned from providing services for life. The shipment tracking clearly shows the status "parcel to be collected at collection point". Those lazybones didn't even bother to come to my house. That's what they're paid for. And on top of that, some malicious courier left my parcel at the furthest collection point. I'm not going to waste an hour walking and carrying the parcel. That's what the courier company charges money for.

My laptop has shown “out for delivery” for almost 1 week but never arrives. Now much later than pre xmas schedule … this year would be good.

Amazon just nudges the date & tells me i must wait even longer to open a case - really unacceptable, poor service.

DPD mayo are worse courier company in the west of Ireland I bought a brand new Engwe electric bike the managed to smash it also I’ve had iPhones delivered to my home not even mine not even the right street absolutely useless courier service I worked for fedex TNT and other couriers but DPD and Tuffnells parcels express are worst the best courier service is An post in Ireland

Every thing went wrong.
Aparently they are stupid, can't read, can't write don't know how to use a phone.
They Don inform about delivery time.
They are told 3 times whom to contact, and why, instead they just ignored and put in a message, nobody at the address.

They ignor that they have been told they could drop the parcel at the local dpd center but no that is too much for them to understand.

Don't ever use them. Life is too short

Every package sent to me that they handle does not get delivered to me. Their excuse is they cannot find the address, every time, i call them and they hang up the phone possibly because of my broken spanish. Then my packages get sent back to sender. All other couriers find my address without problems. Worst courier Ive ever encoutered. Will never use it again nor shop where they are the only shipping option.

Worst delivery experience that you could imagine. I would never use a service like dpd again. Long story short: I order an item from China. The seller doesn't include my full address, and this is where hell begins. I place a phone call to spanish customer service 13:50 same day as my pack is getting delivered to regulate this issue. The response I get is everything is ok and updated, but later when i check again everything seems the same. Hmmmm... I call again and now my tracking number doesn't show up in there system. Sus right? At 16:00 I get a new update saying the address doesn't exist. Would def not recommend :(((

DPD COWBOYS. Do not use DPD because they have Zero interest in clients and ignore emails sent to them. I am awaiting a package sent from the UK on 15/2/21 and DPD emailed me on 19/2/21 asking for an extra €24.66 in handling fees and taxes for my package. I paid on the 20th and my package still hasn't arrive to Gandesa, Spain. I have emailed DPD and their Spanish subsidiary, SEUR, several times, and telephoned the Spanish company. No replies to any of my emails and Customer Service on telephone said they do not have my package.
My advice to everybody, if you want reliability and trust, DO NOT USE DPD in Spain, use a good company like GLS. I will NEVER use DPD again!!

Incompetent, unreliable and uncommunicative. Sent email for delivery but don't deliver. Sent email stating they tried to deliver but no-one at home. Lies as I was at home waiting for delivery for two days. In future any business using this crap company will not be getting my custom.

Extremely poor.
Friend had goods delivered to me. Delivery driver didn’t bother on the day.
Waited until the next week, and DPD told him over phone that while the phone number for me is on the packet there is no telling if the driver will call me as they don’t give company phones, it’s up to the driver..

I live in a secure gated community so if the driver doesn’t call he’s not getting to me. This is not unusual in SPAIN.

1. For business use supply your staff with sufficient equipment to do their job.
2. Have employees do their job and call, I waited in all day on the scheduled day, he neither called nor visited.

Thanks for an absolutely pathetic performance - for which extra was paid to ensure fast delivery.

I will ensure the major music equipment supplier is told so they can review their choice of courier.
