My package has been stuck in the same place for days with absolutely no movement and no explanation. The tracking hasn't updated once. I tried reaching customer service and it was completely useless. Totally unacceptable. I would give zero stars if I could.

Never on the scheduled date
I put one star because that was the lowest option they don't really deserve even 1. After waiting in all day on the scheduled date, as my parcel had to be signed for and being assured by the client service that it was out for delivery, at seven in the evening a message popped up on the tracking that it was being rescheduled. People do not have time for the bad organisation of this company and this is the second time that it has happened!
Absolutely terrible experience with DHL
The only reason why I don't give a zero-star rating is that I can't.
I paid for a shipment and never received a single notification about its status. No confirmation email, no tracking updates, no notice of delivery attempt, and no information that the package had arrived at a pickup point.
According to DHL, the package was delivered to a ServicePoint and later returned because it was not collected within 10 days. The problem is simple: I was never notified that it was there. There was no email, no message, nothing. It is impossible to collect a package if you are not informed that it exists.
I contacted DHL multiple times over several weeks. Each time, I either received no response or the exact same copy-paste reply saying that I “should have been notified,” without any proof that a notification was ever sent. No one actually read my messages or addressed the real issue.
To make things worse, the shipment did not even appear properly on the DHL Spain tracking website, so there was no way for me to check its status myself.
As a result, my package was returned without my knowledge, and I still don’t know where it is.
This is not just poor service. It is a complete failure in communication and accountability. I am now forced to escalate the issue through consumer authorities.
I would strongly advise against using DHL if you expect basic communication or reliability.

This company has now become the worst courier service in Spain they never and I mean Never deliver parcels it's time the government did something about these so called courier services you pay for delivery but you don't get delivery out of 6 parcels I have yet to receive one.

Worst delivery company. Nobody is answering to the email or claims. Even after o week and 3 emails, no answer. I dont now where is my package and was expensive, ceramic hab.
Their tracking platform is a bullshit, not user friendly, not working properly.
They font have phone number. Maybe because they have a lot claims and dont care.

It's a complete rip-off... they send you a message saying it's out for delivery, which never arrives at the delivery point, and to make matters worse, they say they came by and nobody was there... it's a lie and a lousy service
DHL consistently lies about home delivery
My problem is the same as many others here. I paid 25 Euros to have an order shipped to my house (the order was sent in 4 separate shipments). The DHL driver lied about me not being home, didn't even try to deliver the packages, and sent them to 3 different pickup points around town. This happened for all 4 packages. Of course, the biggest and heaviest one was delivered to the pickup point that's completely on the other side of town.
I'm strongly considering contacting the store I ordered from and telling them to have everything sent back and to give me a full refund. This isn't what I paid for. I don't have a car and I don't have the time to go chasing my packages all over town. DHL shouldn't be allowed to deliver a pizza, let alone a package.
Not delivering
My parcel JJD00026866034287738001 was supposed to come yesterday, but the driver never arrived. It says on the website that I was unavailable. I was at home all day. Same thing today - never show up, but I am unavailable again. Shame on you!

DHL must be the worst courier service ever in Spain. I have been waiting for the delivery of an item ordered through Amazon on 4th February. DHL have reported that delivery failed on two occasions. Nobody made any attempt to contact me and I was at home all day on both occasions. I don't beleive they even tried to deliver. I am still waiting. Maybe they kept the item for themselves! Disgraceful behaviour!
Dhl is a really bad joke.
DhL sent me a message stating that a parcel for me had been dumped at some shop in another village. No shipment id, nothing. They never even tried to deliver the parcel to my door. I don't have a car and tge bext village is about 10 km away. I don't pay shipping fees to have to go to another village to pick up something I don't know. I filled in a complaint form twice but all I got back was a no reply mail saying that without a shipment id they cannot help me plus a reply link that does not work.

To the attention of the DHL Claims Department,
I am writing to file a formal and final claim regarding the negligent handling of my shipment, which has resulted in a partial loss of items that remains unresolved to this day.
I would like to place on record the following critical points that aggravate this situation:
Breach of Deadlines: More than a month and a half has passed since the shipment date. This is an entirely excessive amount of time for an international transport service.
Failure to Locate: Despite multiple contact attempts, DHL's response has been non-existent or insufficient. The company claims to be unaware of the current whereabouts of the three missing parcels (which represent more than 50% of the original shipment's total weight).
High-Value Content: The three missing items contain high-value goods, including specialized technology (professional speakers and microphones, monitor stands, and high-capacity SSD hard drives), as well as branded personal luggage and clothing, with a total estimated value of €10k.
Lack of Compensation: As of the date of this letter, DHL has not only failed to recover my belongings but has also failed to process the payment of the corresponding penalty or the indemnity for loss and delay, as established in the transport contract conditions and current regulations.
I look forward to a response providing concrete solutions, rather than automated messages.

DHL claimed that they attempted delivery (no phone call, no message); I work from home. I paid for the product to be delivered to my house not for me to spend an hour of my time to go their office and pick it up to play delivery man. Ridiculous.

DHL should refund €27.56 as I had to collect from them
DHL claim we were 'not in' or the 'address was wrong' when they tried to deliver. I then had to drive 110km to/from the nearest DHL depot to collect the item. Based on Spanish fuel costs, tolls and vehicle use (as calculated by DGT) I have claimed a refund of €27.56
DHL Deliveries
DHL takes our packages to a collection point 70km away for us to collect. The strategy is for them to claim that they have “attempted delivery” twice. Not only were we here on both occasions but we have a security camera to show that no delivery has been attempted. Contacted sender to request a refund. This has happened twice in 2026.
Driver fakes my Signature
I ordered a Watercooling Part (260 Euro) for my pc from Germany. Sending as such went smooth but the delivery was a nightmare, My Landlord knocked my Door having my shipping in his hand, Box soaking wet, telling me it was in the front door of our Property in the middle of rainy weather, and after checking my Delivery receipt i saw the driver, misspelled my name and just placed a random signature on my behalf, contacting DHL Support, a lot of "lamentamos lo ocurrido" but no solution, just hoping i give up on it, didnt know its common now for the drivers to comit fraud...
