Having DPO has made our life easy in terms of payments and we were able to promptly assist our guests. before DPO we could only receive payment with VISA and MasterCard, but we are no able to use American Express and other mobile payments.

You can also use a QR code instead of sending a payment link, which currently fast and easy to use by clients themselves.
Totally recommended.

My honest review. DPO is the best option for anyone looking for a seamless payment solution for their business. I wish there was an option of not putting a star at all. I have experienced the worst service ever from DPO in Botswana. No sense of urgency. I have been stood up twice in a team's meeting where I was meant to receive training on the system. I have complained telephonically and via email and it's always apologies with no action. I wish there was another option for me. I would have long left.

This company's sales executive told us it takes 72 hours to activate an account once you submit requirements. After submitting the documents, I was asked to make changes, including our legal policies. Since last month, it has been from one story to another. After making all the required changes, they vanished. I guess because there is no more excuse. They sent to us a Merchant account but it's not working.

No need to waste your time with this company.

Further to my previous review my parcel was delivered for which I am grateful.

We use DPO platform at the Nordic Villa Abuja and what we cherish most is the security features on this platform that protects all parties involved. As a customer or the card owner be rest assured you can trace your funds and there is high probability to recover in event of fraudulent activities.
