often a miss

they put my parcel in someone else mailbox or door a few times , their driver is often very late at my door and lately they falsely claimed that my propierty was inacessible twice in a row despite me keepign it clean.

when it's anyone else handling my orders including Canada Post they're always on time and much earlier in the day so far I only had Issues when Dragonfly or Intelcom handled my deliveries.

They are the worst going

They are the worst going, they are vague when they are coming, they don't respect the hours of a business, when you call they have no idea when or what is happening. Worst courier in Canada, they make all the rest look amazing in comparison

Bad Driver

Luckily, I saw the Dragonfly driver at my driveway, so he backed up and went to drop my package on another street for me to pick up. I shouted at him and said, 'This is where you have to leave my package.' He said he couldn't find my driveway. I insisted and said, 'My car is here, come deliver it to me.' He very rudely came to hand me my parcel.

Horrible service ever

The Dragonfly company's representatives was supposed to come to pick up the return from 11.25 a.m. till 2.25 p.m. on January 20, 2026. During that time they did not show up, then no time window, instead there were just pending calculations. At 9.07 p.m on Jan. 20, 2026 I got the message: We're almost there! Vinny will arrive in the next hour to pick up your return. Remember to hand it directly to your Dragonfly driver. And again time of waiting, waiting, waiting....
At 12.13 on Jan 21, 2026 I cancelled the pick up as I had to go to work in the morning... The driver did not come to pick up the return, I did not get any messages about any changes... Now I do not know what to do, Is it the way how to work, to deal with the customers? So frustrated, so disappointed...

Dragonfly is a family owned extremely…

Dragonfly is a family owned extremely small business. They have contractors, mostly Indians, doing delivery for them and as per the owner, they have no control over them. If the contractor decides to call it a day they will make a false update on their website and reschedule the delivery. Mind you they will do this on a repeat. They do not even deserve the 1.3 rating. Companies like Amazon, Old Navy, Eddie Bauer have been already alerted about their incompetence and soon or later these companies will disassociate themselves. We have had four experience with them and each one was a nightmare without a doubt.

They just throw your deliveries

I’ve been getting deliveries from Amazon through a few different companies for years with zero issues. Recently they switched my area to Dragonfly and now every parcel I got was whipped on my porch and damaged.

"proof of incompetence" not "proof of delivery"

I'm not sure how it is "proof of delivery" to show a photo of a random house numbered 136 on a mystery street, when the delivery address on the package is 120 of my street. I drove around the neighbourhood looking for this, but I can't get over someone thinking by sending a photo of my package at the wrong address this is "delivered" or proof of anything except incompetence.

Consistently terrible

Amazon uses Dragonfly to pick up customers returns. Amazon offered pickup in one business day but I got an email saying it would be 2 business days. Today received an early morning email saying item would be picked up today.
Customer has to hand off the item to the driver.
Stayed home all day.
It's 8pm, I went to tracking site, apparently there are weather delays in our region. It's a dry, sunny, perfect spring day in all of Alberta.
Not the first time, next time I'll drive to Staples myself.

Today

Today, the Salomon courier was supposed to deliver my two parcels but I received an email that he was at home at 20:50 I was home. I even have camera footage showing the courier wasn't there. He didn't knock on the door or ring the bell. He didn't deliver the package to my house or any neighbor's house. This company is a complete disaster. I received a photo. The courier said the parcel was delivered but in fact it wasn't delivered, idiot,courier.

This company should not even exist!!

This company should not even exist!!! This is the worst delivering company I have ever dealt with in my life. I don't know how Amazon managed to use such a TERRIBLE company! If I could give 0 Stars I definitely would. They are always late, never deliver the packages, Always 2 or 3 days late due to "DELAYS"

Incompetent and Useless

Most useless, incompetent shipping company I’ve ever dealt with. They’ve lost 3 of my packages in the last month, after having the manufacturer provide replacements each time I’ve finally just asked for a refund as this companies incompetence can’t be trusted to fulfil their duty. Their customer service is also useless - once you finally get through to someone after waiting on hold for 2 hours, you may be greeted by someone who speaks the same language as you if your lucky, for them to tell you they have no idea where your package is and that you must reach out to the supplier/manufacturer to sort it out. NEVER use this company if you have a choice.

Poor poor service

I ordered a package . I received an email saying dragonfly had my package and leaving missauga ont and intransit. That was dec29 .it is now Jan 13 still don't have my package and they tell me to contact seller and seller say contact dragon fly

This company is so untrustworthy and…

This company is so untrustworthy and sadly inept. I had a delivery scheduled and had received a text saying they were on their way and would be there within an hour. An hour later get an email saying I want home so they couldnt pick up my parcel so I would need to reschedule. There is a call box at the front door explaining how to get into the building. I reviewed my cameras and NO ONE even came to the door. How the hell did they attempt pick up when no one even came to my house!!! This company has gone downhill immensely!!! Horrible

I wish there was a better company to deliver my packages

Amazon is fantastic at making sure our deliveries are sent to the city on time but the delivery company dragonfly a.k.a. Intelcom keeps failing almost every single time to have our delivery on time like we are expecting a package today and we have yet to get confirmation and there’s other days where it was three days behind or a week behind. I wish there was another company that could be more reliable.

I so wish you could pick ZERO!!

I so wish you could pick ZERO!!! This is the WORST company EVER in my book!! Since Nov I have been ordering online finishing my Christmas shopping. One order in Nov made it as far as Mississauga and sat in the warehouse saying "leaving now" for 32 days!!!! No surprise in Jan it comes up being returned to sender by Dragonfly!! First time I had that kind of problems in all the irdering I have done over the years, I chalked it up to wearher/fluke! Couldn't have been more wrong!! I continued placing orders, out of 10 received 1 and that was only because it was FedEx, I may recive 3 others they are with Canada Post! SIX others are Dragonfly and of course are all in the same boat, sitting in Mississauga or Riviere des Prairies for days then seems destined to end up returned to sender!! 3 out of the six as of today are marked just that!! I am sooooo frustrated and angry right now! When you call, 2 hour wait time!!!! Who has 2 hours to sit listening to elevator music?! When they do answer they tell you nothing!! My date of experience is when it started! Still going on today 11 Jan 2026!!

One of the worst shipping companies in Canada

Genuinely awful experience. First my delivery gets postponed for no apparent reason. The next day its out for delivery, okay great! At 5pm I get an email that they couldn't deliver because the driver couldn't access my building even though I left detailed instructions and an access code. I thought the code might not be working so I went down and tried it myself. Lo and behold, it works! So I check my door logs, maybe he tried to call me and I missed it. Nothing. There was in fact no attempt to deliver my package at all. So what do I do? Call customer service. I'm on hold for 30 minutes and when I finally get through, I get hung up on because the other guy couldn't hear me which is an issue on his end because I was JUST on a call with my friend and she could hear me just fine. Garbage company avoid at all costs.

Terrible delivery service

Terrible delivery service. Address was correct but got a message saying it was incorrect. Spent over an hour on the phone waiting for customer service who said they had the wrong coordinates. The address was correct but I guess their app was off. So 24 to 48 hours I'm to expect the package. Fingers crossed (not actually hopeful).

terrible service

HORRIBLE CALL SERVICE - tried calling about a package, waited 40 mins only for them to hang up seconds later. called again and waited for another 40 minutes, for someone with a terrible accent to pick up and then also hang up on me. I tried one last time only for them to say the address is "completely wrong" and kept asking me to check the address again, while I was reading it exactly from my order and hung up, not even answering a question what something from tracking might mean.

Incompetent

Terrible. Was delivered a package meant for a different address - halfway across the province - called the day I received it to have it resolved. Claimed they would have a driver sent back to my address to retrieve it - no one came. Called back in regards to a follow up and was told since it's been longer than 24-48 hours nothing can be done and would not tell me where my package is. Said to contact seller - not the seller's fault if Dragonfly put's the incorrect sticker OVERTOP of the one it's meant to go to.

Terrible service, claiming "undeliverable" with no contact (phone call, buzzer, email, etc), late deliveries. Ongoing issues. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
