Wost service ever

It is extremely rare that a driver will go the extra mile to deliver a package. My address is slightly out of the way. My average to receive a package is more than a week even with a Prime membership. This time, their excuse was there was no one home to receive the package. I was sitting in the livingroom. Obviously, they never even came close to my place.

Intelcim/ dragonfly NON DELIVERY SERVICE Is more accurate

Worst lying ass delivery company out there. I am sitting 2 feet from my door when i get a message saying delivery failed because no answer! Bullcrap! The instructions are to phone and leave outside my door. No one buzzed, no one called, no package at door, no knock AND I have a very loud freaking doorbell! Not used... at this point i guess i can figure my package will be thrown out the drivers window or dumped in a field like most of the complaints and videos say/ show

I swear Dragon Fly employees a bunch of…

I swear Dragon Fly employees a bunch of people of low intelligence. I have a very large sign on my front door asking them to use my side door because I have problems opening my front door (person with disabilities). I just received a delivery and yes, it was left at my front door. They couldn't even go up the steps to the door, just threw it up. I know this because It hit the porch with a crash, sounding like an accident and it shattered the box open. What kind of company employs people with so little regard for a persons package? This has happened numerous times and I am at the point of stopping ordering from Amazon because they use a company like Dragon Fly.

70 yr old appreciates Dragonfly Drivers

I am 70 yrs old and have receive most of my deliveries via Dragonfly. There are 4 security doors to my building and I am unable to check every door to see where my pkg is delivered. When I am notified about an upcoming delivery I specify which door and express what color of car is in front of my door. Then I give my phone # to call so I can meet the driver at that security door. For 2 years this has been how I let them know where to deliver my pkgs. So far, this has only been an issue 1 time when I ordered a 20 lb bag of dog food and the driver didn't listen to instructions and parked far away from the door and was "UPSET" that he was asked to carry that heavy box to my door rather than me trying to get it from the security door to my apartment door. From then to now I have had friendly driver/delivery. I always greet with a smile, end with: have a nice day/evening/drive safe in this snow or whatever suits the occasion. Drivers usually respond in kind.

Failing miserably at it core service

This company fails miserably at its core service. I would not use them if at all possible as I've had more packaged damaged through them in the past year than any other delivery service over my 40 years of receiving packages. The follow up from them is non-existent, They take zero responsibility and insist you go through the merchant.

What A Mess This Company Is

What a mess this company is. No deliveries, No tracking updates. No customer service. Wait on hold for an hour and the call disconnects when they answer. Request a call back, after 2 hours the phone rings and disconnects as soon as you answer the call. zero stars should be an option. I will not order from any online merchant that uses this company as their delivery service. PLEASE ADD A ZERO STAR OPTION TO CHOOSE.

Dragonfly (Intelcom) has no wings

Delivery is a business very much based on communicati...sorry, I'll have to email my supervisor to tell them the rest, then never let you know what they've said. Sound familiar?

Customer "service" claims they have zero way to communicate with specific depots or drivers, other than email. Bulls**t. They claim they have no direct way to contact a superior. Bulls**t. The drivers claim they've attempted delivery when they never even drive down your road, let alone walk up to your house. So...you guessed it; bulls**t.

You'll receive the "be there in the next hour" message and at the end of the hour you instead read "could not deliver". All that or the day of delivery the tracking page randomly (actually, predictably) changes to "pending calculations" (what does that even mean?!). Anyone else have them admit they didn't even take the parcel out for delivery at all?

If every single employee were buried neck deep in salt after receiving a billion paper cuts and mutated fire ants the size of Buicks circled ever closer...they'd have gotten off too easy.

These people should not be in…

These people should not be in business.. I have had my last two packages one took them two weeks too deliver couldn't find my 58 two storey apartment keep saying my address is wrong as for my second I am still waiting again can't find my building een over a week and half I don't expect too see it.. I don't know how these drivers can find there home

Thunder Bay,ON ~ Over 17 times now I’ve said to leave package at side door & they hardly ever do then when I call to complain each time (13) they say they will contact the TBay location with a service complaint ticket but nothing ever gets done:( Again today same thing. I HATE this delivery Company & wish some how I could change who deliveries my parcels as I get a lot of parcels as we run a Business!!! I think from now on I’ll get delivery to my home address instead which is in the Country & this Company doesn’t deliver out to Kakabeka Falls. Thank Goodness!!!

Late late late...

My package has been in my town for 5 days and it stills says it's delayed, due to weather. Well, it is sunny and dry here, no snow. Try to get ahold of them? Good luck with that! Only option is to phone with "longer than usual wait times". Ridiculous.

Absolute garbage service all around

Absolute garbage service all around! I just cancel my Amazon orders as soon as soon as I see that it is being handled by Dragonfly/Intelcom. Much less hassle to just try and reorder it and hope for a new courier. I don't understand how this "company" is still in business.

Worst company ever

I paid for same day delivery, have been waiting 3 days now with no reply from the company. This is genuinely the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered, hundreds of dollars worth of products ordered, never arrived and never replied. Absolute scam.

1-star, because no ZERO-star or minus...!!!
This service comes from nowhere when I ordered from Amazon. Track-and-trace said - delivered, but it is not delivered. Already 3 days in delay. Contacted customer service. Wait 5 days then call again.

Did the driver steal my package ??

My order was ment to be deliverd saturday night , the driver came to my house. Asked how much my package cost and what it was. Implyed it was dropped off and stolen that day ( it was not ) said it may be in the truck still then drove away delivering nothing.
Called shipping services who assured me it was ok and being deliverd that day ( sunday ) by 4 ( it was not) made a full complaint on the driver.
CALLED BACK MONDAY 2 HOUR HOLD ON THE PHONE for the lady to tell me nothing was reported or documented by the Shipping services person the day befor . But i should get a e mail about my lost or stolen package in 48 hours.
Will never ever recommend or use this again .
Be warned.

Unacceptable. Very often our delivery is constantly…

Very often our delivery is constantly taken back to the depot and tried another day or and over. The most frustrating issue, especially for someone who needs a walker or canes in the winter, is watching this very fit new immigrant, toss my package under the car, on a snow bank down a 90’ driveway, leave my package a foot short of being under the roof when raining - instructions are leave at front door under the roof. I can’t remember getting a parcel at the door. I have to try and figure out where he left it - out on the road, under a vehicle, on top of a vehicle. It’s just so beyond acceptable

I have had issues with Dragonfly's delivery and communications

Too bad I can't give Dragonfly zero stars.
I have had issues with Dragonfly's delivery in the past, but the latest one takes the cake.
I live on BC's southern Gulf Islands. A package was received by Dragonfly 17 days go. A week ago it was received to Dragonfly's transport hub in Delta, BC. From there, ON THE SAME DAY, it was received in Prince George BC.
If Dragonfly can ship it from Delta to Prince George in one day, then you'd expect they could ship it back to Delta for delivery. Nope.
After two lengthy waits to speak to a rep, I'm told I should receive an update within 48 hours. Honestly... how have these people managed to stay in business? Why do companies use them for their shipping logistics?
