Dragonfly did not show up AFTER waiting all day for them. They have done this to me numerous times. Unreliable company that should be fired by Amazon. They do not follow instructions that you leave. ALWAYS SAY CANT GET IN BUILDING WHEN THEY DONT SHOW UP at all
No customer service/ Inept service
No customer service! Left on hold for 40 min then line went dead. Phoned back on hold for over an hour. The recording tells you you can go to there website. I wonder if they even have customer service reps as they certainly do not want to talk to you.
My package was mis-directed to the wrong City and 3 days latter still shown as "Shipment Delayed - Held for Consignee".
Update: 12/22 Finally got through to "customer service" after about 2 1/2 hrs of trying. He checked with warehouse and advised some one would cobnatct me with an update within two days. That was three days ago, no call, no update...nothing. Last known location of my parcel was 4 hours away, so in three days they should have gotten it to my door. In the future I will try not to deal with companies that are using this delivery service. The incompetence is unbelievable!

In this rural area they do not have a local business for pickup of parcels for customers in rural locations, as other companies do. So, they do not deliver.

If I could give negative, I would. Package still not delivered after 2 weeks. Delivered to wrong address....I wanted 100 W49 it was to delivered (picture verified) 1138 somewhere...no street given, just picture. I am calling them now and a computer tells me they are closed and I need to call back on Australia time (I'm in Canada) I cannot believe this company exists. If ordering from anywhere and this name comes up, I will promptly cancel my order and look elsewhere. Unbelievable.

Absolutely a joke of a company
Absolutely a joke of a company. I ordered an Ecom order from White Fox and the address is my business. Despite multiple failed attempts and communication from me, they continually attempted delivery afterhours including 10:17pm on a Sunday night. You'd think common sense would prevail and realizing it was a business that was closed in the evenings and on weekend that they'd adjust. No - too much to ask. They have no direct way to contact them aside from waiting on hold for over 1 1/2 hours (3 times) with no success. I can't believe in this age of Ecomm, a courier company is so incompetent that they can't figure out how to deliver during normal working hours. Brutal - stay away at all costs for your own sanity!

Dragonfly kept sending me no-reply emails to say package was on the way. On day two they claimed that no one was there to receive it. However, it is a business address, someone is there all day every day.

When I phoned the message said there was a two hour wait. No email address, no chat.

I’m outraged with the lack of professionalism of Intelcom / Dragonfly , and this explains their very low ratings and awful customers’ experiences with them based on numerous negative reviews! I was supposed to receive my package last Saturday, and to my dismay such company not only lied stating “ Delivery attempted, but front door or driveway was not accessible.” but also now is saying “ ESTIMATED ARRIVAL December 16”. I mean, come on! This is shameful and unacceptable. I want my package to be delivered today ASAP! That’s the minimum they could do. Shame on Intelcom / Dragonfly! Do better!
Horrible Customer Service - Is there even any?
My package was delivered to the wrong address so I tried calling them to find it. They said my wait time was 2 hours. Was on the phone for 15 minutes when the prompt to get a call back came on. The system called back only to hang up on me. There's essentially nothing I can do. I'm trying to talk to the company I bought from but it shows that my package was signed for and I'm not sure I'll even get the gifts I ordered or a refund. This company is terrible. You need customer service!!

Avoid Amazon Returns via Dragonfly
They never even tried to pick the Amazon return item that they scheduled to pick up within the pickup window of a full day. Yes, that's a full day as in 12-Dec-2025 as window!
Dragonfly emailed me at 21:35h to claim that they couldn't access the property. Yeah right - a single family suburban neighborhood home with a short driveway and a front door - all lit up by bright lights. My wife was waiting all day for them to arrive. They are outright lying to their customers to invent an excuse for their shortcomings. Next pickup date is for two days from now (14-Dec-2025). They've seen the last of my business.
Very unreliable
Very unreliable. The young guys ( couriers) are nice polite but it seems are overworked and given a large number of pickups deliveries which they cannot service. Most of the time, returns are not picked up and are asked to reschedule so you wait from 8 in the morning to 11 at night and no one comes to pickup. It is obvious that this company has taken more than they can chew. So disappointed.
Today I called to confirm my pick. I was told my wait time for the call to be answered is 5 minutes. It is now 1 hour and 3 minutes and I am still on hold. Horrible service and useless customer service. This company should not be in operation. They have no concept of efficiency and is one of the most unreliable and disorganized lying company. Don't even have any more words to describe this so called business!!!!!

Two days in a row someone was coming…
Two days in a row someone was coming within an hour to get my package. Two days in a row they canceled after more than an hour because “couldn’t access my property” the first time they didn’t even send a notification i had to find out via the tracking number on their site. I have a single detached house with a double driveway that has been fully salted. I checked the cameras and no one even came or attempted. Called Amazon to complain and they are returning my item via ups or Canada post. Anyone with an Amazon return - call amazon to get them to send back via another provider.
Very poor service
This is not the first time I’ve had problems. Tracking says my package is on the way. Then I get something seems to be wrong with the address you gave. I’ve lived at the same address for 40yrs, nothing has changed. Then I get your parcel is available for pickup at Circle K. No it isn’t. They have nothing to do with packages. After over an hour on hold to Dragonfly, I’m told my package is at the Purolator depot. I ask if there’s someone I can speak to about whatever the problem is with my address. I’m told there’s no one - end of story.

This company should be shut down as i have had big problems with them before!!!!! We can drive across Canada in 2 1/2 days...what is your problem.
