Ignoring their own instruction system

My initial instructions via Amazon delivery: Deliver on workdays between 09:00-16:00,
So of course they come at 20:00

They send a mail where you can give delivery instructions for what to do if you are not there. The first question is "do you want to allow delivery on a special place if you are not home" with the answers Yes and No.

I answered No,

Their answer. Put the package on the ground in front of the front door in the rain and plain view of everyone.
(In the netherlands so no big garden. frontdoor is 50cm from the public path)

nope not a fan 👎👎

nope not a fan, delivery to wrong address. Waiting time on hold claims wait is less than 5 minutes, not true more
like 60 mins or more that's s lie! if amazon continues to use Dragonfly I will definitely look somewhere wise to buy goods! I never write reviews however change needs to happen..

Unreliable and Liars

For more than a week, delivery was expected but then indicated delivery for the next day. Finally, they indicated delivery was attempted. Not true, I was in my driveway when they said they tried. Also, delivery is at my door. You cant cant all them. They answer but put you on hold for an hour before they shut you off. there is no email to contat them

WORST AVAILABLE NEVER USE INCOMPETANT LIARS

I HATE THIS COMPANY never use them. They NEVER shop up- They lie I've sat in and wated all day the courier said he couldn't get an answer. I spent an hour on hold to speak to manager who assured me he has booked a pickup for the next day- they never showed again- I waited on hold for 1 hour 11 minutes they answer and put the phone down, i waited in all day again no show. 3rd day in a row with a no show now. Amazon wont refund me until Dragon Fly have picked up the package. 3 days wasted sat in waiting for nobody you cant even contact them!

They have incompetent delivery people

They have incompetent delivery people, apparently they could not deliver my package on the first day, location not found, I called the call center found it and said my package would be delivered the next day. Again I received notification something went wrong, location not found, I called again and was told the same thing, I told the person to look at Google maps, they found it and told me it would be delivered on Monday. That did not happen my package was sent back to the company I purchased from. This company told me I could have the items reshipped to an alternate address, I don't have an alternate address and why should I be inconvenienced when Canada Post, Purolator, and DHL can deliver to my address.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever! Waited on hold for 20 mins to clear up their "address issue" and then got a busy single and was hung up on. They have the proper address, and I was home when they said they attempted to deliver the package.
Never use this company.
I guess I am not getting the high cost item I ordered .

INCOMPETENT

There should be an option for negative star ratings, especially for Dragonfly Intelcom! I am home waiting for a package to be delivered, and after receiving several updates that the package/driver are on the way, I receive an email that my package couldn't be delivered because they couldn't get access to my building. They were given the call box code and instructions to call the call box code upon arrival to get building access! Yet...no one tried calling me and they didn't deliver my package. In addition, there is no way to get in touch with them because they do not answer the customer service lines, or allow you to reach them online. So, I get to unnecessarily wait to see if they are competent enough to read the delivery instructions and actually deliver my package before it is returned to the seller! Absolute 100% stupidity and sheer incompetence! I will be sure to advise the seller that they will no longer have my online business as long as they use Dragonfly Intelcom.

Horrible experience, stolen packages and terrible customer service

I used them to return some amazon packages. I put the 3 packages together and 2 of them were never received by amazon. I would not be surprised if the delivery driver (whose name is Gursimran, in Toronto) stole them. Had to contact Amazon to get my refund. Also, I tried calling the customer service of Dragonfly and they never respond. Avoid them and use more trusted services.

I hate amazon uses this company for delivers they never follow instructions, they say they attempted delivery when they did not show up useless customer service if I could give negative stars I would.

Worst Delivery Service you'll find...period.

Absolutely NEVER use them for pick up service. If you have an item to return from Amazon, it takes them several tries just to get it from you and even then, its not guaranteed. They never try to use the buzzer # I provide, I never hear from them at all. It just says, the building was inaccessible yet I provided them with everything they needed. Its pathetic.

Always Late and hard to get ahold of…

Always Late and hard to get ahold of company that cant seem to deliver packages to its destination or extremely late when it does show up. Even with google maps pin location and proper address.
ive been repeatedly told it will be there by end of day its out for delivery and well thats been a wekk later plus.

always horrible experience with…

always horrible experience with dragonfly. I am very disappointed with their work. As business owner, I lost a lot of customers because of the dragonfly deliveries never came on time. I never ever received my parcel without calling them....worst service ever. This company does not worth to be at Canada market!

Terrible service all around.

I left specific instructions on my order, regarding my buildings hours of operation. They still tried to deliver it, even though we were closed. So I called to update the address on Friday so that it could be delivered directly to my home. That phone call alone, took about 20 minutes or more, which was ridiculous. They told me it would be delivered to my home address within 24 hours. It’s going on 48 hours now and still nothing. Nothing but problems with these guys. They don’t pay attention to instructions, so I often wonder why they even have that option.

If ZERO stars were possible I would. I ordered gifts for my Great Niece and Nephew on Nov 27 to be there for their 4th birthday. Dragonfly "attempted" delivery on the 1st of Dec but because there was no lockbox they wouldn't deliver the package (even though my nephew was home, on a horse ranch). Called dragonfly on the 3rd (birthday for the kids) and promised they'd deliver that day. They didn't. So today, Dec 6th, they still haven't delivered their presents and will send an email to the supervisor. I should note that the delivery center is 16 minutes away by car.

Terrible Service and Careless Drivers

This company is the worst delivery service you will ever experience. The communication and update tools are horrible and always incorrect. You cannot rely on the date and large delivery windows as they never show up on time. When they do, they toss your fragile packages 3 feet to porch. I will have to stop shopping at stores that use them, as I cannot trust that my packages will arrived undamaged.

Dragonfly is the worst delivery service…

Dragonfly is the worst delivery service on earth. It’s either delivered to the wrong location or not at all. Zero customer support. Zero way to talk to anyone. I had a package picked up three weeks ago. No one knows where it is or can tell me when it’s going to arrive.
