Only had it one week but seems to working So far only used on auto but is ok

I have given this product an average review because I am currently trying out the product and am unable to say whether it is working or not

As my mother is disabled and cannot put her feet on the foot plates very well ... She hasn't been able to use the Drainastim Pro .. So she paid £45.50 postage to send it to a warehouse in Luxembourg which I was given by someone on live chat ... After weeks of waiting for her refund and countless emails, the Drainastim Pro was returned to my mother with labels attached to the box saying REFUSED we can't understand why... I contacted live chat again for advise all the help we got was the address which was scribbled out on the box????? .... On the last email from Luxembourg or France, my mother recieved she was advised to take pictures of the labels on the box so I i did that from my iphone and sent them via email. So we're hoping the company will pay for the second postage fee which we are not HOLDING OUR BREATH ... VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THE COMPANY ... NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

The Drainastim pro is a great machine but unfortunately their after sales service is atrocious! I needed a new lead under the warranty & so far they have sent me 4 incorrect ones. Customer service says ‘the warehouse’ is to blame. I’m getting REALLY fed up with all this.

I ordered and received my Drainastim pro, and when I plugged it in it tripped the fuse in my meter box, I have emailed drainastim twice to return it and twice they have ignored me, I have heard nothing from them!!!
THE REPLY THAT THEY GIVEN ME TO MY ORIGINAL COMPLAINT IS LAUGHABLE AS THEY DONT ANSWER THEIR PHONES OR REPLY TO EMAILS, IS A SOUND BITE FOR THE TO SHOW, FALSLY , THAT THEY CARE.

I was a bit sceptical at first about ordering online from Facebook advertisement having been conned before from these adverts, however I’m glad I did go ahead and order the Drainastim pro.
The item arrived very quickly and without problems, I have used it a few times since I got it and so far there has been a little improvement so I will continue using it.

this machine is unbelievable i have worn knees in both legs do have an hard job getting up from armchair but since i have been using Drainastim my knees feel so much better and do not feel so much pain yes at times the pain does let me know it still there Drainastim can not repair damage knees but it does help to control the pain Thank you so very much

I find this machine helps my poor circulation
when used regularly. I find it helps to keep my legs from aching, as I walk quite a lot daily to exercise my dog.

I have been using my Drainastim for the last week, it is amazing, my legs are much easier, I think it is the best thing I have bought in a long time. I have serious lymphatic problems and this machine actually helps. It doesn't do miracles but using daily makes a big difference.

I have been using the Drainastim now for several weeks and I haven't noticed any improvement in the pain in my legs.

My wife has problems with fluid in her legs so this seemed to be the potential answer. I also have some issues so we have both started to use it. After a week we are not seeing a big change, but the actual experience on Auto is feeling like it ought to be really helping. It does exactly as it says in the advert.

A wonderful product. From the first time using it I felt no more leg discomfort at night. I have to spend a lot of time on my feet at work so I certainly noticed an increase in the amount of time I can stay on my feet comfortably. I would highly recommend using it on a daily basis.

Im sure this product is good but after trying to figure out how to use it & not being able to do so im thinking of sending it back far too
complicated for me

I have had mine about 3 years,I wouldn't be without it. I have peripheral neuropathy it has helped immensely.
However I have noticed that quite a lot have said that there was no belt, I did have the Drainastim Pro also and never even thought about the belt as I wanted it for my legs I now realise that I also didn't receive a belt. A bit late now though.🙄

We purcgased from a facebook advert, and sometimes I am always wary, I never know whether it is real, or a scam, but I googled and found out more info, therefore, I am extrememly pleased with the purchase.
I did have several questions for the company before the purchase,they replied very quickly, I ordered,paid, and it was in our home within just a few days. We purchased in the beginning, as I have trouble with my calves when walking fast, a dull ache, which I wasn't sure if this was caused through a back injury 15 years ago or through circulation, and my sister has water retention and swelling ankles. We had seen the 'well known' one on TV, and wondered if this was the same or just a massager. Answers were given by the company, so took a leap of faith!
Well, after having it for a week, and using it as the company states, twice a day on Auto, it certainly leaves your legs fully refreshed. I can't say if it is working at the moment, as I think it needs time, but I think it's a good buy. Once I have used it on Auto for 2 weeks, I will venture further and use one of the 25 functions.
Although it comes with tens pads for helping other parts of the body, again I have not tried these as yet.
I am hoping that this is money well spent, and I have recommended to several people, perhaps I can get commission? Ha! Ha!
No really, it is a great little machine! And fully deserves the 5 stars!

In my opinion the machine controller is difficult n timely to use.
When using the machine I don't feel or notice any difference in my legs

Hi I had my Drainastim for about a week using it low and did not notice any difference until I thought about bedtime and realised I know longer have restless legs sleeping better,brilliant thank you
