Was recommended by my sister and brother-in-law. The best E rig on the market better than any other ones out there.

After asking about cleaning tips for the Switch 2 titanium chamber on Reddit, and emailing the company regarding the titanium chamber smelling of burnt metal and creating vapor WITHOUT an insert in.. they told me it’s impossible, and warranty doesn’t cover “vapor flavor”. They insist the seal is impossible to break and therefore it’s user error. They refuse to acknowledge that the device itself is smoking. After asking for help online they banned me from all their social media platforms, effectively cutting me off from all online help, promos and discounts.
They are replacing the device, but claiming it’s not a warranty replacement, just a one time replacement.

They are deleting what they perceive to be negative user experience.
3000+ dabs in, product worked great until it started tasting like burnt metal and I discovered the chamber was smoking without oil or insert. Days of cleaning and no solution.

They said: “ Our warranty covers issues with the unit not functioning as intended. As long as the unit is heating up and producing vapor, it is working as intended. Flavor is not something that is covered under warranty.”

Even though the titanium is smoking by itself. That apparently is “intended” this sounds extremely dangerous and potentially a health hazard

FANTASTIC product for the first 6 months. Spent over $800 on aftermarket accessories for it. You can tell I love the Switch2, just not the reactions to honest user feedback / inquiries

First off, I want to thank the entire Dr. Dabber team for the support you’ve shown over the years. I truly appreciate every device you’ve sent and the fact that you’ve supported what we’re building.
That said, I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t a little disappointed. Over time I’ve received multiple Ghost devices, and while I’m grateful for every one of them, I recently reached out about the new device and was told no. At the same time, I see newer creators and influencers receiving the latest releases, which honestly leaves me feeling a bit overlooked.
What makes it difficult is that the events I organize aren’t just personal projects. Most recently, our event raised nearly $5,000 for veterans. We’re actively bringing people together, supporting good causes, and introducing brands to passionate consumers in a genuine way. Because of that, I hoped there might be an opportunity to showcase some of Dr. Dabber’s newest innovations at our events.
This isn’t coming from a place of anger or entitlement. I’m genuinely thankful for everything you’ve done. I just wanted to be honest about how it felt from my perspective. I believe we’re creating real impact in our community, and I hope that can be recognized alongside the reach that traditional influencers bring.
Regardless, thank you again for your continued support, and I look forward to working together in the future.

I love my Switch2!!! It’s great that I don’t have to spend $$$ on butane! The sapphire insert and the JNG Joylink carb cap make excellent smoke!! Upgrade!

Best product in its category. Period! Switch 2 blows me away at how well it works. Not only does it work amazingly, it’s 10x easier to clean than my OG Peak. The quartz bowl it comes with is such a night and day difference to using ceramic. Good job Dr. Dabber
