The order and delivery of the mattress was fine. To start with the mattress was extremely uncomfortable causing back back pain and pins and needles. It is too firm for us. To sit on briefly it is comfortable but not to sleep on. We gave it more time but after a couple of months we decided to return. We were offered a mattress enhancer which actually made it worse. I’ve emailed 5 times and contacted via web chat (as this is the only way I seem to receive a reply) which is the same offer of a partial refund every time. I do not want the refund am still waiting reply to organise collection and a full refund for the mattress. I would not recommend the mattress or the customer service.

The mattress came so quickly, super easy to set up and was ready to sleep on within a couple of hours! My only downside is I’m noticing myself waking up in the night very hot/sweaty and my quilt is a low tog so may have to look into a breathable mattress topper which is slightly annoying.

I wish we had purchased this mattress sooner, I'm sleeping better, less pain in my shoulders, I'm not taking painkillers everynight before bed anymore, the pressure relief is fantastic, I slept well from the second night on this mattress, I wasn't sleeping very well before this mattress was bought.
I believed there was nothing wrong with our previous mattress, how wrong was I.

I was so excited to get this mattress. I had high expectations when I ordered it. It had so many great reviews. I am however disappointed. It's been a month since I got this mattress. I wake up in pain quite a lot. It sinks in too much. I read reviews on fibromyalgia and people saying it helped them. This has not helped me at all, My old mattress wasn't the greatest, but it was better than this one. I am going to return this mattress.

After having such painful sleeps I decided sleeping down stairs on the recliner but I still craved sleeping in a bed again with a new mattress so I emailed a few companies and spoke to a lovely lady called Jeniefe on the phone from DreamCloud who guided me to the mattress she thought would suit my condition best which was the DreamCloud Hybrid mattress she gave me a discount plus 72hrs to make my choice which gave me time to decided, another thing that gave me food for thought was the 365days guarantee, if it didn’t help with my condition in that time, nothing would, and I’d get my money back, that’s another reason I went with DreamCloud, I have hope again in getting back to sleeping in my bed again, everything crossed for that day. Ordering was made easy as a lovely lady called Marry helped me out with that too, all I need to do now is wait the 2 weeks for delivery, I’ll be very excited when that day arrives.
I’ll write another review when the time comes and I’m fully happy with my purchase after some great nights sleeps, watch this space.

Most appalling company to deal with and I did not even get the mattress.

Ordered item on 5th May with delivery promised between 1 and 3 days. Called the company on Friday8th and was told it was being delivered today - 11th May
As no notification for delivery time window was received, I called customer service and after a lot of fumbling was told that there was no stock and none expected until June. I asked to speak to a senior staff and was told they were all in meetings -standard customer service response when they do not wish to speak to upset customers.
As compensation they would offer me 10% off another mattress !!!!
Cancelled my order and they have emailed me confirming the refund - a small mercy judging by other people's experience
The story does not end here - I looked up the next best in the top 10 mattress research who were Nectar and called them....Imagine my surprise when the same person I had just spoken to answered the phone
So be warned - Nectar and DreamCloud Sleep are one and the same company.
And by the way - they are still advertising on their website that the mattress which is NOT available until June is still showing as "in stock"
Surely this is misrepresentation under Trades Description legislation

Love this mattress! So supportive and comfortable, yes it was the reviews that convinced me to purchase!

I must admit, I purchased this mattress with more than a little trepidation. Not bought many expensive things on line, and a product that I had never heard of before. However, my experience thus far, is that it is a very comfortable mattress and yet very supporting too. It took me time to get used to it, I suppose like anything else that's new. But I am sleeping deeper, than before and waking up less tired and more relaxed than I have felt for quite some time. It is still early days, but so far, I am more than happy with my purchase.

I love my new mattress. My back and joints hurt less and I’m sleeping right through the night. Good quality mattress

We brought mettress and it did not help to sleep at all after after they provide metress topper. It haven't help us too.

After long discussion they offered 60% discount on price and we accepted. But still that discount this mettress is not worth. Now they informed since I accept that discount I cannot rereturn mettress for refund. This is worst mettress ever I brought . Each time I come to bed I am regret about this decision. Never buy mettress from here.

Very comfortable and my back pain has eased a lot. My first foam mattress which is as heavy as my last pocket sprung one. Only negative is it is very warm which will be a positive in the winter.

The ease of navigation on the website was flawless and the price is very competitive to rivals.

When I decided to replace the mattress on my bed my daughter suggested that I should look at a DreamCloud mattress. I found their pricing to be very competitive. It was simple to select, order and pay for the mattress that I decided that I wanted. Their delivery date selection was very good and the courier that they used to deliver to me were very good also.
I have found the quality and the comfort to be amazing and I'm very happy.

I brought the DreamCloud luxury hybrid mattress after recommendation . I was concerned about buying a mattress without trying it as I have chronic pain and back issues but the returns policy and the recommendation reassured me. I have had the mattress for a month now and it probably took me a few days to get use to it as it is quite firm but now I find it extremely supportive and comfortable and I get a much better nights sleep.

Absolutely appalling company. I opened the door asked them to wait two minutes on the door step whilst I sorted out my house cats and they ignored me and drove off. Ignored all calls off my partner to see what was going on and said now they can’t re deliver until end of next week! We have had to cancel the order, and await our refund. The communication is awful and the carrier company is a waste of time. Avoid at all costs!
