Stay clear of these people

Stay clear of these people, I paid for my 2nd does of a weight loss pen, it is now 3 weeks since payment and no delivery rendering my first one a waste of time and money. Slow email responses when they eventually do respond, generally ignore emails in full. Phone number tells you to email them. I have now disputed my claim and I would advise anyone to avoid using this company. I have also made complaints to the CQC and GPhC. I have also applied for recovery from my bank for the outlay!

More fool me order #102910

More fool me. I had repeatedly late deliveries and poor customer service last year but the last subscription seemed to come from a different distributor so when I decided to give it another go I decided to go back to them. What a mistake, paid for order #102910 on 7 April, three weeks later no delivery, no correspondence. So they take your money immediately the day you order, then nothing. No response to emails so I suppose I’ll have to contact my bank to fight them for my money back. Hugely disappointed

Useless

Wouldn’t even give one star if had the option !
Sat at approved since 2nd April and zero dispatch and zero response from them after 6 emails ! No refund ! Absolute waste of my time advise to stay away from!

WARNING - Potential Financial Risk

WARNING - Do NOT use Dr Franks Weight Loss Clinic, the Company behind it - MEDICAL WEIGHT LOSS GLOBAL LIMITED has filed to be wound up. Meaning they are closing up shop. Companies house is chasing them for accounts meaning they may be in trouble. The associated company Howell Medical Group cannot be contacted and their website is down, none of their phone numbers are being answered. So not use these people for the Monjaro Jab or any other weight loss medication. If you have already paid money, contact your bank and raise a debit card dispute immediately to get your money back. This group use shopify to sell the drugs to you, no legitimate pharmaceutical company will do that. They are also not registered on the General Pharmaceutical Register which regulates pharmacies in the U.K. and is a major red flag for a regulated industry ****DO NOT USE ****

Unfortunately there's no words to…

Unfortunately there's no words to describe such an appalling service.
Its all a scam... paid never received the product, ghosted completely.
Now im in touch with Consumer act ... will get some legal advise and action, its not acceptable for this Dr Frank's clinic still robbing money from honest hardworking people. IT'S A DISGRACED CLINIC.. if actually its a clinic and Dr frank's if a doctor should be barred from exercising. 0345 404 0506 if you need to report this horrible Scam.

I ordered my 5mg mounjaro on the 6th…

I ordered my 5mg mounjaro on the 6th april, I have still not received it, I have run out now of my 2.5, so I am without my medication, I cant afford to pay for it twice.
Ive emailed Dr franks on several occasions to ask, where is my order? but I have no reply. I am fuming and am without mounjaro, they've taken my money clearly knowing they dont have any stock, its totally unprofessional & unacceptable 😤
To not reply to my emails is a disgrace to the company.
My bank says I cant do a chargeback until after 30 days. So I am now stuck in a rut with no way to get my medication. I am so upset and angry.
Do not bother using this company if you want your medication, you'll not get it and you'll not get any reason why either you'll just be ignored.
Worst company ive ever use fuming dosent begin to cover it.

Absolutely appalling

Absolutely appalling. First order was okay. Second order and they took payment and three weeks later, the item has not been prescribed and not delivered. The telephone number doesn’t work and I have literally sent 30 emails and no response. I am going to formally raise a complaint with the Regulator. They should not be in business.

Affiliate Scheme only benefical for Dr Franks

I have been an affiliate for Dr Franks for several months. At first all went well and I happily promoted their service and they paid out all my earned commission. A few months ago this stopped - I have funds ready to be paid but they have failed to send payment for months now. All emails are being ignored - I held up my end of the scheme by promoting them

Not supplying orders. NO communication

First medication order, no problems. Second medication order…. Took my payment, script finally authorised after 6 days…. Still no medication delivered. Very POOR communication on their part. Have emailed this company more than 20 times, have tried to contact them via social media/insta etc and have tried to phone them on the number provided on their insta account…. Disconnected! Have asked and asked for a refund - NOTHING. No replies, no acknowledgments of receiving my emails - nothing. I have emailed the ‘pharmacy’ who supplied my first order via the company - Cloud Rx - they responded straight away advising they do not have my order.
I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. After 4 weeks I am still waiting for my £108 refund which I’m having to go through my bank.

Frank review about Dr. Franks

Some months Dr Franks are on time to send my order, some months you need to chase. But at the end I have my order in a proper box delivered. The team is always there to reply. I am a long-time client of Dr Franks and I would recommend them.

If 0 stars were an option that’s exactly what my rating would be!!!
The most appalling company i’ve ever dealt with.
They are taking people’s money for medication that they don’t physically have or send out!!!!!
I emailed daily after ordering medication & having no updates. After 2 weeks they “apologised” for their delays & said they were trying to get orders out as quickly as possible. Another 2 weeks later i’m still waiting & they haven’t responded any further. They then had the cheek to take money for my next pen when they hadn’t even dispatched my 1st pen!!!
They’ve left me without medication, won’t offer a refund & refuse to answer emails! Absolutely disgusted by such unprofessionalism & will be telling anyone I can, AVOID DR FRANKS AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Worst customer care ever .. nurse super nice and professional but after that all is just a terrible experience- they take your money, don’t dispatch your order, no response to your email, phone never works, ask for refund, no answer and not sure what is going to happen next ..zero communication from them
