They scammed me for $100. Their customer support is as worse as it can get. They don't know what excuse to make. Everyday they give a complete new reason to lie. It has been a month since my order, FedEx shows the package is at Dr Nutrition while Dr Nutrition are not refunding me, sometimes saying it was delivered, and sometimes saying your cost was covered in shipping fees. They don't even know what to lie about.

My husband and I had the best experience with dr nutrition team dso branch. We lost so much weight and learned how to have a healthy lifestyle with Mr Ibrahim the dietitian, and the sales team were always very welcoming and assisted us in choosing our products.

I ordered gold standard whey protine from this vendor, they ensured me their products are 100℅ original, But when they send me, the product is totally fake, The verification code patch already scratched by them, Because it fake they do not want you verify it and if you scan the Bar code it will take you at Fake website"originolon.com" instead of Brand Authentic website"optimum nutrition.com" And also the Golden verification seal on bottle cap also missing. Please don't order from this website.

I placed an order and it took 3 weeks not delivered, when I contact customer service they said it appears shipment issue and they asked me to contact them, when I contact the shipment company they asked me to go back to customer service, like i am going into circle and doing their logistic to take my order, still after 3 weeks I did not get my order and last time they told me its already delivered !!!!

Very bad customer service! I made an order online on the 6th of June and it was mentioned it will be delivered within 3 to 4 days I messaged them on the 10th of June ask them what is my delivery and they told me your delivery was out of stock and we will manage to deliver it to you by tomorrow or after tomorrow. I was surprised that the order I made is out of stock because it was not mentioned when I ordered it. It’s out of stock, today is the end of the 12th of June until now didn’t receive my package really very bad experience that I will never do it again . Don’t trust this company.

- Incorrect product delivered ( wrong flavor).
- Arrogant customer service who strive to find all possible excuses to justify wrong order.
- The box was not sealed. ( original seal was intact)
- C4 pre workout powder, the effect seems off, which raise concern specially was not sealed.
- I asked for authenticity of their product. Nothing provided.

Very bad customer service. They have the option of card payment but once the item arrives they will reject it and take the additional 5 QAR for them and u are forced to pay by cash.

worst service. I bought item online but they delivered wrong one. Then i just requested for refund they said it will be refunded maximum 5 days. Its been 20 days still i didnt receive my refund even i follow up many times.

I was casually browsing their website, not logged in, not adding anything to cart. Yet, the moment I close the website, I get a whatsapp message to my personal number with my name and the exact products I was looking at - asking me to buy.
I was speechless. Worst invasion of my privacy I have ever seen. I will never shop with them again

Being one of the regular customer but finally i got scammed by doctor nutrition their Salesmans are scammers as they scammed me .they offer me package which i refused so many times but he insisted to buy it so i can pick any 20 products from the shop he tried to convince me showing if u will this offer u will be able to get any 20 product giving an example see this 5 hundreds dirhams u will get only in 200 hundreds dirhams and for 3500 hundreds dirhams offer u will be able to buy 8 to 10 thousands dirhams products well bla bla he didn't say it's categories u he mentioned u can take anything from the shop my girlfriend ask so many times everything Mr sofyaan from al ghurair center shop some how scammed me and sell me that offer for 3500 hundreds dirhams.
But when it's come to take the protein i pick up the iso pure he said no u have to pay i said u guys told me that i can pick any 20 products from shops then he said no only u can 20 laperva products so then they start to categories it the things.
Buying Laperva u always can have offers because they keep prices high and give the offers to the right prices so it will attract customers to buy which i already knows because for Laperv brand one of my friend get always offer half price.
Be careful guys don't get scammed like me they are so pushy to sell that

Dr Nutrition is unable to get items to anyone due the fact they cannot ship through known shippers. Items have been on order since last month and haven't recieved. Being in Bahrain and DRN is in UAE this is unacceptable. Should avoid shopping with them online. Mall stores as well only have limited items available. Avoid them, go to iherb instead
