I have won money after wagering requirements was allowed to withdraw then I got a message saying that I need to send Id in to prove my address which I have sent in numerous forms I.e. passport ,driving license, government documents and last message yesterday was all good we are now sending to our processing department let’s c what happens in the next 3 days as was told it would be in my account by Friday so Monday I will be writing another review based on the outcome unhappy mr s atkins

I won fair and square deposited 10 pound when I had 200 bonus credit I wagerd my money to 4000 even though wagering was only 1800 it let me have 3999 as cashable credit to be told it was won off bonus and not my deposit 50 is all I could have avoid this site with all costs it's a scamming site why let me withdraw it in multiples off 200 if I want allowed it to write congratulations on your huge win is any advice given to me what I can do please to report these scammers

I’m replying to your answer to my previous review. If I had given wrong bank details then how come you paid £64 into my account the £70 was withdrawn on same day so I can’t understand why the second withdrawal didn’t go through like the First one.

I agree with every persons comment on site. dr slots will only lwt you draw out certain amount off your winnings at a time. so if you win big amount when you go to withdraw it will say you can onlywith draw 200 so on.i won a fair bit off money but was told couldn't with draw it . needed i'd i sent it all in. well requesting phone bill with i sent but cause phone bill show ed a different amount to what i paid dr slots were refusing to accept it. i told them i had adjustment done on phone bill so didn't have to pay the amount showing on bill. omg hassle from start to finish i had to call my phone provider who clearly stated adjusters wee done they sent me text to prove they adjusted my account but wasn't good enough for sr slots. women told me to go on live chat with phone provider andrhwn send screenshot of conversation. Again my phone provider verified they did adjustment on phone bill and that i didn't have to pay that amount and that i was been honest about how much i had to pay. i sent drs lots the whole transcript off conversation and when they got it you could still tell they were not happy i proved them wrong still tried saying they had to see if it was ok to accept it even though they told me todo live chat. oh and bloody sent ambulance to my house thinking i was going to do something stupid when asked them why said they care about their customers wwll i don't agree it only to cover their backs if something did happen. no wonder bwtfred been taken to court by the gentle as he won 1.7 million and they refused to pay him saying it was a glitch with the online slots. well hope he wins his case as he will be owed over 2 million pounds if he wins. well they got everyid now they requested so let's see what they ask for next time. Quick enough to take deposits no is required when you give them your money but not quick enough to give you their money when you win.

To be honest why I’m writing this review because the sites was all good I got £7 bonus money to play, I spent about 2 hours beating the wagering requirement, I beat the wagering, but the slots play what I just been experiencing on the bonus was fun, the moment it went to cash it wasn’t long until a deposit option popped up. Sorry DrSlot but the gameplay difference between bonus and cash was dramatically different. Bonus of £7- WR 40x lasted hours.
Cash of £27 lasted 5 minutes. Its obvious it’s just a ploy.

As quoted from their T&Cs;

One would assume that after you have met the wagering requirement, in my case over £6,000, and funds are transferred to your cashable account then you can withdraw money from your cash account. Wrong! Well, you can but only £50 (buried deep down in their T&Cs.
Funny how you can win big on bonus’, I mean I won £3k after wagering the £6k bonus requirement. But NEVER when you deposit. It may be regulated but the games are their own. Possible scam?
I’d definitely be interested in seeing data to prove me wrong.

I have been using these sites now for a number of months, never really had issues with them until recently, around 3 months ago, whilst playing dr slots sister companies mr spin, I won £22.000, I withdrawn it and several days later it still hadn’t gone through, still pending, I tried to call and message and just got fobbed off, until I ended up reversing it back to my account and wasting it! Even though this was illegal at the time!! And now I have £400 in pending withdrawals that they are making impossible for me to get also!! Absolute jokers avoid at all costs!!! Abslute disgusting company, very happy to let me deposit 1000 pound with no questions, tried to withdraw 2000 pounds asked for alot of diffrent documents wich i sent and there still not giving me my winning, avoid this site at all costs, absolute thieves. A quick up date, ive now sent them even more id and there still asking for more, now i am 1000 pound out of pocket even though i won 2000, this company needs closing down

I had 6911.98 in pending withdrawals and they closed my account with no explanation. So they better expect a letting from a court

Majority of people rated all of these sites negative and rightly so. Bonus money used after you use all of your own deposit then the wagering requirments are ridiculous and and when you surpass them you still have trouble claiming the funds no matter what. Excuses are made regarding pay out for example:

*Duplicate accounts
*10 different I.D verifications
*Payout taking a whole month
*No matter what you win in the bonus after wagering requirments the limit of your withdrawal is only £50

The payout rate for all games is extremely low. You may as well get a national lottery scratch card for a better chance.

Customer service are no help either just scripted knowing the fact they're ripping people off and the sites them selves are not fair.

Be aware those 5* feedback responses are fake reviews and you can tell just by the way they are written. CROOKS!

I have withdrawn funds that have been wagered by me i had 800 i withdrew 200 but only given 50 and i have withdrawn my rest of my funds on the 22nd of September which was 580 so why when the first time i withdrew i have only been given 50pound i hope to see my rest of my money that i deserved for getting the wager requirement finished

If there was an option to leave 0 stars I would! This site is absolutely disgusting! Signed up to the site no ID was even requested. Deposited using my phone bill upon depositing they didn’t even ask for any ID or proof of anything. I ended up winning a £1000 tried to withdraw and now they want all sorts of proof. I’ve uploaded my driving license etc. Funny thing is they weren’t so quick to request all this proof upon depositing but as soon as you want to withdraw YOUR money they then request it. Quick enough taking your money!! I have taken them to the IBAS. I think the site is shocking. You want your money and they make it impossible! Also they still have the reverse withdrawal option which is not allowed anymore. The site should be shut down. Avoid!!!
