I bought a BDC Raven snare which was out of stock. They communicated really well with me and kept me informed. The snare is phenomenal

Can not rate this store high enough.

Emailed early on a Sunday morning and got a reply within the hour.

Took a brand new kit across (Wich was not brought from them) for them to take a look at and tune for me.

Was greeted on arrival and offered a drink, the guys then helped unlead the kit from my car.

Had a conversation on what sound I was after and the guys got to work on the kit treating it with great care.

They explained and guided me in what they were doing so I could learn how to keep ontop on the tuning moving forwards.

The store is a drummers paradise and while exploring the store I asked for advice on different items and was guided away from spending a higher amount of money on a hi-hat stand and shown a cheaper alternative that they said would better suit my needs.

The guys in the store are drummers, not sales men after a quick sale and this shows in the passion and pride in what they do.

They were more than happy to tune and then re tune the bass drum to shoe the difference of having no dampening in the drum and then with dampening and also cut and fitted a port hole for me as well.

Walked away with an amazing sounding kit and also purcahsed a few other itmes while i was there.

Wish I had got the names of the two guy in store that day but for the life of me I can't remember them, but a big thank you to both of them.

Will definitly be visiting again.

Brilliant service snare drum and head arrived on time but had a small issue with the drum head supplied. Drumone changed it no issues. Can't recommend them enough. Excellent service. Will use them again.

This shop is truly a drummers paradise- they’re not just trying to sell high end high priced kits. There’s everything from entry level to exotic kits, spread across all major brands. A full compliment of parts, accessories and apparel. Great range of sticks and heads readily available too. The shop also features a separate electronic kit department, and marching percussion department- fantastic to see everything covered for every style of drummer all under one roof. The staff are polite, friendly and knowledgeable. This is not just a drum shop, it’s an experience and I highly recommend.
Also had the pleasure of meeting Nicko himself here- what a great guy, and one of the worlds all time best and well known drummers- ‘‘twas an honour- Thankyou guys!

A great first visit with helpful and knowledgeable staff, interested in giving good advice and extremely helpful. A good array of kits and cymbals, and an impressive presentation of British Drum Company kits and snare drums. Well worth a visit if only for some advice and support. The company also has a very useful website, which I recently used for a new BDC snare drum.
