This company took the time to make sure they had all of the information needed to fashion a quality product at a reasonable price point. I chose a leather replacement band for a Tudor. The leather is of high quality, the stitch work is excellent, the strap fit perfectly and they provided all of tools and pins needed for the replacement process. Would buy from them again 10 out of 10.

The watch strap was delivered on time and exactly as ordered. Excellent service from start to finish. The quality of the strap is first class and it fits my Cartier watch perfectly.

Do not buy from these scam merchants, ordered ＆ paid but after 1 month still no straps or email replies! States 1 to 2 weeks for delivery but its just a scam, this is why everyone slates made in China. Its scammers like this that gives us a bad name...

I have purchased several straps from Drwatchstrap and have been happy with them all. They take the time to ensure proper lug and buckle width. Communication is very thorough through the entire process.
Considering they are made to order, they are manufactured in a timely manner. Shipping is fast considering the distance.

I was in the market for a replacement watch strap for one of my watches.
I did not want to pay the exorbitant prices by going directly to the watch manufacturer.

What appealed to me at first was that each watch strap they sold was custom made for the client. The pricing was also reasonable and fair.

I couldn't find a replacement watch strap in my home country as the brand no longer retailed here. When I went online to search and saw the review for drwatchstrap, I decided to give it a try and am 200% satisfied! My watch strap was so complicated with metal connectors but Summer and team were so knowledgeable, asking me to take specific measurements and even send them pictures so they can confirm I didn't get it wrong. Even though the strap wasn't a perfect fit the first time, they were willing to make adjustments and resend back. I'm grateful they were so flexible and willing to help else I'd be stuck with a useless strapless watch. Very responsive team who really cares for their customers.

Outstanding customer service. The staff was responsive over email, and when in doubt, they provided amazing detailed instructions with pictures on how to measure to ensure proper size, as the watch straps are made to order. The instruction video was also precise on how to replace the strap. The tools that were included made the switch smooth and easy.
