Don’t order online

Trash! Ordered school clothes from this site and paid an extra 20 dollars for express shipping. Not only did I not receive my items in timely manner, but I also couldn’t get ahold of anyone during there business hours. Stayed on the phone 20 mins to be hung up on. Then I received a false alert saying they attempted to deliver my items which was a lie as I’ve been home all day. I think because they wanna cover their butts about the two day delivery which was another lie. Never ordering here again. They are to difficult to get in contact with. Very unprofessional

I bought a pair of shoes for my son the other day, I payed $81.00 and then the next day they said my order was canceled because they were sold out. They really should have stuff marked as sold out because now I have to waite for my bank to release the money. It's bs I never try and buy anything from dtlr.

BUYER BEWARE!!

BUYER BEWARE!!! I ordered 2 pairs of slides and a few other clothing items for my son. 1 pair of slides were worn and broken. The bottom was filthy upon arrival. I’ve ordered from Nike, Macys, Dicks, etc, and have never received a used product! I contacted the DTLR customer service on 7/4 but they were closed due to the holiday. On Monday I called and was told to email custserv at DTLR . I emailed customer service and included pictures. DTLR responded providing us a return address and packing slip only. No return label. Out of frustration I was going to pay to have the shoes returned, but UPS quoted $50 for the cheapest option. I contacted DTLR for a return shipping label daily only to be told I would be contacted in 48 hours. Today is 7/16 and I still have no way to return shoes that were shipped to me defective and used.

Never again

I ordered sneakers from them over a week ago. Never received an email after the initial receipt. I emailed them a couple of times asking what the status of my order was and never received an answer. I had to start dispute with my credit card company as they were not answering me back. Finally, I got an answer back and guess what? They canceled my order because they didn't have my item. I suggest you shop elsewhere..

I will never buy from this merchant…

I will never buy from this merchant again have one of the worst customer service and return policy’s suck. You don’t get a full refund, and who wants store credit. If I paid full price give me the full price back in the original payment method I chose to pay. This business is a joke, trying to nickel and dime people.First and last time ordering shoes from DTLR.

Im from Birmingham Alabama. Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT put a raffle in if you trying to get any kicks! I won a raffle for the 14 ferraris Jordans, and couldn't get my shoes! They hold your shoes that you won, for the people they know! Everyone needs to be fired including the manager, and everyone else that works in that store! The people behind the counter to the floor workers all know each other, and only hold shoes for the people they know! Roebuck, 9160 parkway east Birmingham Alabama 35206 needs a whole new staff including mangers! I won my raffle fair and square and still didn't receive my shoes on my birthday 06/14. I provided I'd, my raffle winning ticket, and Gmail, and was still denied! The manager kenosha needs to be fired to, she was holding people that she know shoes! DTLR just get a whole new management for that store because, it isn't fair to the people that won and still couldn't get the shoes all because, the manager and the people that works at the store knows somebody! It's not fair! I won my raffle got the screenshots, pin code and everything, that's not fair! I wanted those shoes for my birthday!

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. 2 different sized shoe were sent. Asked for it to be corrected, and was told a new pair would be shipped. Days later a refund was issued with the shoes still in stock. I questioned dtlr about it and all I got was that was a mistake on our end my apologies.

I ordered the ed hardy shoes from them..They definitely ship in a timely manner I received shoes in a timely manner buttttt I ordered a pair for me and my 2 kids my kids shoes was perfect but I ordered a Youth 6 for myself and the shoe was big as hell literally it gave a women size 9-10 also I didn’t like that when I received the shoes every shoe was out the box even the paper in the shoe was out the box that’s how I know them shoes was big as hell and I want another pair but scared they gone give the wrong shoe again!

I ordered shoes for overnight shipping and still haven't gotten the item I purchased, . and was told that their policy for overnight shipping was 2 business days , so to make this make sense overnight means 2 business days ? How? please give me the meaning of overnight. Requested a refund for my overnight shipping payment they stated the order was not late. This is clearly false advertising

Over charged and kept my money

Purchased several items at the Wilkinson location (Charlotte). Noticed I was over charged for shoes. Talked to the store manager about the over charge, who took the shoe to the back room and changed the price. The manager proceeds to tell me it was marked wrong. I can get a store credit but not a refund. I reached out to the corporate office about the discrepancy and was ignored.

Never buy from DTLR again

I placed an order for two pairs of shoes. Next day I was emailed one pair was out of stock. Ordered over 48 hours ago and still not shipped. Website says shipping guaranteed within 48 hours. No compensation offered for any inconvenience. Never buy from DTLR again.

Happy with my purchase and experience

I've ordered the a pair of Nike woodside boots (plus a RL logo tee to get free shipping) online 2 days ago and I've already received both items. They were shipped from 2 different locations and they both delivered on-time by Fedex and both are brand new. This is the first time I've ordered from this site and I was a little worried that the boot might be an returned item as it was shipped from a store and some other reviewer had bad experience. But both of my items appear to be brand new. I'm very happy with the purchase and experience. Only wish they could lower the free shipping threshold so I don't need to order the 2nd item.

Distasteful #1055257

I'm only leaving a single star because it was mandatory to write this review. Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. I received shoes that appeared worn, with a box that wasn't brand new. I contacted customer service, hoping for a refund. Instead, they offered me three options, including keeping the shoes and receiving a 15% discount. I accepted the discount, but it never materialized. After multiple follow-up attempts, the 30-day refund window had expired. To add insult to injury, customer service now claims that photos of the shoes don't show any signs of wear. This is unacceptable, as they previously acknowledged the issue and promised a resolution. I feel ignored and disrespected by this company's failure to honor their commitments. I strongly advise against doing business with them, as their customer service is unreliable and untrustworthy.

I paid $27.75 for overnight shipping

I paid $27.75 for overnight shipping. I ordered at 10am on a Thursday morning. As of 12pm Friday, the shoe is still at the processing store, and the agent told me it may not ship until Monday. Not only will I not receive it on time, but they also only offered me half of the $27 back. I tried to cancel the order, and they said it is in "transit" but it's still at the store waiting to be picked up! Then she also stated I could send it back once I received it, but I would have to pay for a shipping. ABSOLUTLELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HORRIBLE WAY TO HANDLE THE SITUATION.

Purchased a pair of jordan true flight size 4. Shoes. And I received a backpack. The invoice says exactly what I was supposed to receive. But I Only received a backpack.
What a joke. I will never, ever order from a company that sent the wrong package, There's better sites to order on. Hed the warning Don't waste your money. Don't waste your time because they only disappointed my grandson and Christmas and they don't want to make it right. I told them. Send me my package And what I purchased and I will return the backpack. But they don't want to work with me
