DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered 3 pairs of shoes only received 2 pair and have yet to receive the 3rd or a refund . The customer service is awful and they speak to you as if you are in the wrong as the customer! I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy! I plan on reaching out to their corporate I wish I would’ve seen these horrible reviews before placing an order!

Thee worst

Thee worst, I repeat thee worst to ever shop online. They give you the run around about your package being shipped. Then when you find out your package hasn't even been received by a carrier 2weeks later after your purchase. Everyone save your time and money with this company. Better off going to the legit spots, footlocker, flightclub, stock x, etc. By pass this store in person and online at all cost. Lowkey the business operates as a scam team.

The 54th street one has terrible customer service Lol the owner might not care but it’s not a good look and it’s honestly sad cus the workers are so young and are so rude not only that, but one guy agreed to help me and never did, instead he left me on hold for 20 minutes till I searched them up and seen reviews….so yeah I hanged up and accepted the fact that their customer service are trash

DTLR is the worst Customer Sevice on the internet! I ordered order #3668181. Tracking says delivered, but it never was and the ring camera never recorded it being dropped off. DTLR was completely unhelpful and rude on the phone. They gave zero effort to help. Do not buy from them.

There is no actual return policy or customer serivce. Don't believe anything you see on the website, in emails, receipts, etc. None of it is true.

If you ever plan to return something or have any kind of customer service needs, don't buy. There is some weird relationship between stores and dtlr.com where if you buy online and pick up in store, you can't return to the store, even if the store had it in stock. But dtlr.com can't give you a refund either since you picked it up from the store. This is not in alignment with the language on their website and return policy.

If I could give them zero Stars I…

If I could give them zero Stars I absolutely would. Ordered a pair of shoes for my son for school. I got them very quick next day within 12 hours. Open the box. The one shoe looked fine. The second shoe looked like it was snakeskin and peeling on the toe and around the back.
I took the shoes to my local store where I figured they were shipped from, showed them. They told me that Nike and Jordan are perfecting this new paint technique hmmmm.. really??
Have bought Nikes and Jordans for several years now. Never heard anything like this. Have never seen a pair of shoes. Do what these did. They went ahead and did a return and sourced me another pair of shoes. Got the shoes today. They are in worse condition than the first pair. There is missing material on the sides of the shoe. There is visible wear around the opening of both shoes. White thumbprint marks all over the exterior. When I had called and expressed my disappointment in this and that I needed a pair of shoes ASAP as my son is starting school and this is the second pair I've gone through. They didn't seem to care. I asked if they could expedite another pair out. They said that they could send me a pair out after they sent me the label and I sent them back the shoes. At this point I have purchased two pairs of Jordan mids which aren't cheap. Now I have to purchase another pair and hope and pray that they come undamaged and then wait up to 30 days for this refund on this pair. They can't just send me a pair because they have messed up. Not once but twice. And it is important that I get a pair of shoes back before they could send me out anything... As if I want these shoes, I attach pictures and showed them the condition of these shoes and asked how in the world. Do you send a pair of shoes to somebody that look like that? Is there no quality control? Do you just send out garbage because that is what I got. Normally I would completely understand the you know if they get the shoes back you get a new pair sent out. I got it but at this point I'm two pairs in. I need the shoes yesterday. We'll never ever order a pair of shoes. I usually get shoes from finish line. I've never had a problem. They just did not have these shoes. I've learned a valuable lesson. I will never shop with them again. Disgusting products. Trash customer service

Placed an online order and woke up to cancellation with no explanation, contacted the online phone number and was told the wait was 10minutes “ so I waited” for only the phone to just hang up!!!… I should have read the reviews first because it’s speaking loud VOLUMES, but my son was so excited to only be let down by the lack communication…

I placed an order on DTLR online for pick up at a store near me. When I placed the order it was in stock, I received the email confirmation and all. After a week with still no update I emailed customer service which didn’t email me back. Instead the DTLR app
then miraculously updated my order to CANCELLED with no explanation as to why. I then called their customer service and the person I spoke to looked up my order and said “I see your order was canceled due to it being out of stock” I ordered these shoes for my daughter for her first day of school I am so frustrated!!! Why would they even let me buy them if they weren’t in stock. They say at the time of purchase they were but people ordered at the same time as me and since I was unlucky myself and two other people got screwed. Anyway now since I wasted my time with DTLR the shoes are definitely sold out everywhere else!!!! Smh such a waste of time never again will I order off of DTLR they suck!

The store in south point mall in Durham nc HAS THE WORST EMPLOYEES THERE.. RUDE CURSING THROUGHOUT THE STORE. CALLING EACH OTHER THE N AND B WORD. I will never do business with this…

I will never do business with this scandalous company ever again!!! Received wrong order, sent item back, asked for refund and no replacement to be sent. I have been going around and around with them regarding this issue, as proof of returned item has been received by them. Customer service is atrocious and after dealing with this issue for almost 2 weeks, still no resolution. The BBB have been contacted, so consumers beware!!!

Terrible service

Terrible service. Ordered a package 11 days ago and still hasn't arrived yet. They claim to deliver orders within 2 days but that's just a scam. Customer service? Even worse. I ask for at least some information regarding the whereabouts of my order and their response is usually an automated email that they're "sorry" that I haven't received my order. That's bull crap. That's the only and last time I order anything else from these guys.

I do not recommend this store. I purchased my son a pair of shoes on May 1st before 2pm, paid $36 for overnight shipping did not get shoes until May 7th. I reached out on May 3rd and was informed express shipping doesn’t start until after the shoes are shipped. On May 6th I reached out to FedEx because tracking showed “label created”, but no package has been received from the shipper. I sent customer service this information and asked for a full refund of Overnight shipping charges, they gave me $15 and charged for ground shipping. This company is a ripoff. They never called FedEx to come pick up, but yet I still had to pay for shipping and also tried to off a 20% off coupon. No thank you!! I will spend my money elsewhere. As long as companies think they can pacify you with a little coupon they think they can continue to do however. Not to me, too many other better shoe stores available to shop with.

I will never order online from this company again spent over $700 on shoes for my kids and husband oh and $50 for overnight delivery one pair of shoes came the next day and other 3 pairs of shoes came 2 days later and this is what Ugg’s me my baby only had one black Air Force in his box like dag this company just wants your money they don’t even care I will never do this again

Delivery information on their website promise will be shipped within 2 business days. I placed my order 16th of March, showed it was shipped on the 16th of March but its now the 22nd of March still no other update of when it will be delivered. looks more like the product they are selling is coming from china which they should be truthful that its takes 30days for delivery.

I ordered the jordan 4 breds. Had my order confirmed and all on a Saturday. By Monday at 415pm they canceled my order. NEVER shop with this trash company. You'd be better off paying a homeless person to jack them for you. Ripoff con artist thieves
