It worked as advertised for a couple months then suddenly nothing works (employer payment stuck, and usdt withdrawal stuck). I can't order a card because the government don't let them in so basically I am using only two features, receipt of money, withdrawal to other banks or usdt. For the last three days nothing seems to work anymore.
A little bit of transparency with the users will help your case, because despite the high fees, it still seemed useful, now I am gonna move somewhere else again as this is clearly not working and there are 0 reasons given.
Customer support is very slow and gives minimal partial answers.. So yeah, good luck with that.
Moved it to 1 star, because bank transfer withdrawal also didn't show up. Did I just get scammed by this?
Update: changed back to 5 stars as everything seems back to normal after the mini-heart attacks over last 4 days.

I'm extremely disappointed with the level of support I've received. I've been facing a serious issue with my bank account that your team hasn't been able to resolve. I've been waiting for my salary for nearly 15 days, and I still haven't received anything.
The company I work for has tried to send the payment three times using the intermediary bank details provided by your team, and every attempt has failed, even when using three different banks. Despite this, your support continues to claim that there is no issue with my account. If that’s true, then why can’t I receive my money?
Additionally, I feel that your team lacks empathy and proper customer care. Every time I contact support, I’m made to feel like a burden rather than a valued client. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend your services to anyone.

It used to be good. But not anymore. The customer service is practically non existent. Just with ai bots which is useless if you have a problem. And then finally after hours or a day a real person answers with no solutions. And gives you a 1 sentence answer a day!!!
They recently changed their Beneficiary Bank for USD transactions and WHAT A MESS! I have money stuck for 2 weeks now and no solutions. Even though I have proof of where the money is!
Incredible!!
If you want stress because money hasn't arrived to your bank go with this Bank.

If you buy crypto - you must pay for the storage this coins in this bank (crazy? yes!)
If you trying to move your crypto from bank to blockchain - you cannot do that.
So as i right understand it is fake coins. You didnt buy realy crypto via this company.

I'm reviewing the back testing features.
Yes, it provides the best free back testing and forward testing platform, jforex 4. I've been extensively using it for the last six months. It has many counter-intuitive things, yet, even the free service is phenomenal.
I could have given it a four star review, but I should give it a five just because I found it incredibly consistent.
I love jforex and I love the fact that they kept it free to test. Executions are instant, and it's clearly smooth even on a distant, old pc with a slow Internet connection. The demo version has very tight spreads (both in back and forward tests) which I love the most. I don't know whether the same spreads are in the real trading environments.
They should make jforex more intuitive though.

It's been over a month since I applied to open an account, and it’s still not open. What a masterpiece of efficiency! At this rate, the internet will be up and running on the moon before this bank figures out how to process an application.
I have a serious question: how long do they take to process transactions? Do they send money by camel caravans or maybe by ancient sailing ships? Because if opening an account takes over a month, I can only imagine their "lightning-fast" transfer speeds!

Some other experiences with other banks have shown me that Dukascopy is the most serious online bank I found.
The in-app chat support sometimes is not the best one but at least, if blocked, you can call by phone and they usually try to solve your issue.
