This is nothing serious. It can’t be considered as a bank. It’s ridiculous. Expensive, slow service. The “legal department” does not even know how to deal with customers. The transfers are very slow. The limits are slow. And the fees are so high. Bad environment, a 2001 developed app. Stay away and go somewhere. This is nothing serious.

I must say, my experience with Dukascopy Bank has been nothing short of terrible. It has been over 15 days since I started the process of opening an account, and to this day, my account has not been accepted or activated. Every single day, I am met with new requirements, excuses, and endless delays. Sometimes, the customer service team doesn't even bother to respond at all, which is absolutely unacceptable.
The customer support is shockingly unprofessional, showing zero respect for my time as a client. I have provided 100% accurate and legitimate information, yet they continue to reject it without valid reasons. This has not only cost me significant time but also money. It's infuriating to deal with such incompetence.
I deeply regret choosing to engage with Dukascopy Bank. From their poor communication to their complete lack of efficiency, this bank has proven to be an absolute nightmare to deal with. What's worse is that my experience is not an isolated incident — a quick search online reveals a plethora of negative reviews from others who have gone through similar, if not worse, experiences.

I have had the worst banking experience of my life with Dukascopy Bank (Customer No. 1435495).
On October 23rd, I received a request for information about a specific incoming transaction. I promptly provided all the requested details. Instead of resolving the matter, a week later, I noticed money being taken from my account without explanation.
Since then, my funds have been held hostage for nearly two months. I have repeatedly contacted customer support and my account manager, but I've been either ignored or told that there are no updates. After pressing customer support, they openly admitted that the compliance team rarely replies to them, leaving me completely in the dark about the status of my funds.
Despite my constant follow-ups, I still have no clear timeline for when this so-called "investigation" will be concluded. The lack of transparency, accountability, and basic communication is utterly unacceptable for any financial institution.
If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid Dukascopy Bank at all costs!

the best platform i ever used and they dont make you buy a plan member ship for using the tools and back testing like trading view that makes you buy a very expensive plan just that you can back test your strategy. but here you can back test as much as you want for free. i love it . god bless you.

This company is always improving its Trading App JForex4. It's full of tools, intuitive, fast, visual appealing, customizable and versatile. We can even select the capacity of Memory Ram, so the App will work much more fluently. A great experience for any trader!
Also, Dukascopy have gentle personnel that contacts people by email, asking about any concerns.

The account was closed due to failure to provide address change information in a timely manner, which is a trivial reason. Also, support does not respond. I had money on the card and could not withdraw it.

I had deposited €100 at the end of September 2023 with the intention of starting real trading within a few months. However, I soon realized I needed more time than expected to practice on the demo account. Months later, I noticed that the €100 had literally disappeared. Upon careful analysis, I discovered that exactly 6 months later, the entire €100 was deducted by Dukascopy as a "Maintenance Fee." It is unclear to me whether this fee is charged every 6 months or annually, but in any case, it feels like outright robbery.
