I like the application but I believe that some enhancement can be made, I would like to see in the pattern analysis the price forecast or prediction.

JFOREX - THE BEST TRADING PLATFORM
Their JForex Platform is next to none; not even the widely sought after TradingView.

LOWEST TIMEFRAMES - SECONDS & TICKS
Its second and tick timeframes are not timebound. Surprisingly, the candlesticks are so glaring; even down to 4 seconds; that you can easily pick out single, double, and triple candlestick patterns. Both second and tick timeframes are unique allowing for speed-light entries. This is a great plus for SCALPERS.

CUSTOMIZABLE ALERT SYSTEM
JForex's customizable alert system is great. You can have your custom sound alert (created by you) when the price gets to where you decide to make entries. You just make a voice recording in .wav format and attach it to their alert platform. I also simply love the provision to set alerts on indicators. This is wonderful. I make use of this on the Stochastic Oscillator.

MULTIPLE CHARTS ON A DISPLAY - CHART TILING
The allowing of multiple charts displayed on a screen of up to 60 charts is simply a charity. All you need is just a large display to accommodate the many charts.

BACKTESTING CAPABILITIES
Is it to talk of the backtesting capability that goes into periods long past, unlike Tradingview which has restrictions on the amount of past data viewable; even on the Tradingview premium plan? JForex will allow you access to seconds timeframe of more than 10 years back!

CUSTOMIZABLE TEMPLATES & WORKSPACE
Jforex allows for the creation of a custom-made view of every chart displayed. You can have as many indicators as you want and save them for display on every chart of your choice. You can also save your entire workspace either to the cloud or to your device.

GRAPHICS DISPLAY
JForex has this profound graphic display that enriches views. You might be tempted to get glued to the platform due to the quality graphic display. As a graphic artist, I really appreciate this platform.

DRAWING TOOLS
I dove my cap for the very user-friendly drawing tools. I am fascinated by the ease of labeling tools at the point of opening or drawing them.

CONCLUSION

Loving the JForex platform and SDK for my trading project. The comprehensive API is a dream, making strategy coding and backtesting a breeze. The charting tools are top-tier, and custom indicators took my analysis to new heights.

The multi-currency support is a lifesaver, making global trading a cinch. There are a few rough edges, like some outdated trade execution docs, but overall, it’s a powerhouse.

I would not recommend DUKASCOPY to NOBODY. Any ACCOUNT MANAGER assigned to your account THINKS... they OWN THE COMPANY. They have SO MANY EGO issues. You can feel it when they RESPOND to any email AFTER WEEKS.... Much of the customer support SOUNDS like THEY ARE RUSSIAN or from neighbouring territories . If you say something in English and if they MISUNDERSTAND by chance what YOU ASKED....because ENGLISH IS NOT THEIR FIRST LANGUAGE, your ACCOUNT and LOGIN DETAILS WILL BE IMMEDIATELY....BLOCKED and you pretty much say GOODBYE...to your Funds as THEY STOP RESPONDING. PERIOD....

DICKAS neither sounds like a BANK nor something your MONEY can TRUST.

DUKASCOPY is SUPER QUICK to debit ANY FEES, but WAIT DAYS and WEEKS to RESPOND to queries.

HOW CAN SOMEONE TRUST THEM WITH THEIR OWN MONEY???

NOTE: Their in-house JFOREX mobile platform LIVE CHARTS are VERY VERY SLOW...in this MODERN AI- age. They are still STUCK in their Dinosaur Era SLOW age. I use MT4 & MT5 LIVE Charts side by side on my mobile and iPad and they are way....faster than their in-house JFOREX PLATFORM. Their live Charts are lagging even if you are using 5G network. They have menu OPTIONS on their app to MAKE THE LIVE CHART FAST, FASTEST and AUTO. Why would you do that??????? Even on FASTEST... the LIVE CHART IS SLOW. The MOMENTUM MOVE is ALREADY OVER....on Mt4 and Mt5 whilst on DUKASCOPY APP it's JUST STARTING.....and then ABRUPTLY and SUDDENLY .... it jumps to the current Mt4 / Mt5 live chart PRICE. So you can imagine their other services. Nothing has changed over the years. They are sitting on their DINAUSAUR AGE LAURELS.

REMEMBER: U.K. came out of E.U. in 2020. But the ACCOUNT MANAGERS of DICKAS like KISSING a r s e. They REPORT to H M R C annually that we have an account with them in SWITZERLAND, WITHOUT.... H M R C REQUESTING INFORMATION, just because they have a SHARE POLICY with U. K., even for a tiny $1000 Trading account. They want to show U. K. how they like to kiss a r s e and bend their backside to the Queen and now the King, but...STILL CAN'T IMPROVE THEIR OWN CUSTOMER SERVICES and TRADING CONDITIONS for Traders IN SWITZERLAND. PATHETIC A R S E kissing Account Managers....

I opened a bank account in Dukascopy in December 2023. Since then, I have reported minor technical problems to their 911 customer support, who always answered and solved them! That's amazing. Please, folks, never lose your human touch. Such an approach means a lot in a world dominated by AI and giant hermetic corporations.

Previously I use JForex4 platform for quite sometimes, and found that the platform updates frequently but user experience is getting worst instead of getting better. Then I switch to older version JForex3 platform which I found it more stable and user friendly, this is a good platform I will continue to use, please do not make unnecessary update to this platform. Compare to MetaTrader platform, jForex is a better & versatile choice.

Everything in this platform is perfectly layout and it's easy to navigate. The speed is very efficient and I love using it, plus I highly recommend this for any newbie or professional trader for both charting trading activities.

My introduction process at the bank has been quick and decisive, with people assisting you 24 hours a day. I am waiting for acceptance from the bank, later I will tell my experience but so far it has been perfect.

I am a demo user, not quite a client in the proper regard but my satisfaction with the JForex platform is unmatched. previously I have been studying Price Action from the more common MT5 platforms from my brokers, they are okay but their customisability is dwarfed when compared up against JForex. I love the fact that even when analysing past data, timeframe shifting brings you exactly where you were when shifting between timeframes. I love the amount, too; of data you can access. (e.g. you may view 1 minute charts all the way from 2019) that is just crazy. You may decide what timezone you wish your Daily candle to open in... in my opinion, Jforex makes buying a Tradingview membership look like a waste of money. I say this because all the useful features you'd want to buy Tradingview for are readily available here on JForex for absolutely free. If JForex would start charging for their service, I'd much probably even still consider them than Tradingview, in my humble opinion.

Best platform for backtesting old data. This much data for free is CRAZY

This review is about opening an account procedure only. I applied for an account and noticed that the procedure took days without response. Given the limited banking they offer and the reviews here, I opted to move to another bank and requested to withdraw my application. They responded that they forwarded the request to the responsible department and I didn't hear back. I assume the application is discarded. More transparency and better communication from the bank's side would have been appreciated.

I would like to share my experience with the support team of dukascopy. They provided help and was in touch with all the issues i had, and they were very quick to respond and so professional.
The app looks great and easy to use, it is also full of features compared to other online banks.

I´m enjoying the backtest platform, more than I expected for a free platform
