Dukascopy used to be special but…
Dukascopy used to be special but nowadays seems like they are dead and don't care about community or about fixing their problems. the trading platform and the trading conditions looks good but not great. overall, i would say stay away from them if you like a good customer service because they almost have none! THEY HAVE DELAY IN EVERYTHING!

Outstanding, Underated Trading Software
The trading software has so many useful features and is compatible with any type of trader, weather you are a scalper, an intra-day or a swing trader the platform has every timeframe you can use even seconds!!! And lets not forget about the indicators, they are limitless! Overall, this is the best trading software I have ever used in my 2 Years of trading.

I only use the platform to Backtest my strategy. The free replay mode gives me access to years and years of accessible data to backtest my strategy. I also love the platform because of its user-friendly interface.

They was working ok for a few payments…
They was working ok for a few payments and one payment got stuck and shows as pending and support is not responding- the bot is sending messages that it will be confirmed some time in a future and no other info. Started to browse account options and found out that deposots are blocked- it just drops error that it is blocked. No emails no notifications- nothing. contacted support again- no answer. This starts to look like a joke company- they just takes incoming money for themself and doea not returns it to sender and does not credits it to account- it is hanging there as pending and thats all. Its a joke company- literally a fraud.

After 6 days and i still waiting for a transfer to other swiss accounts, They have my transaction pending and there is no way for it to be sent. For every transaction it must be reviewed, at the same time I made two transfers, one arrived the next day, the other after almost a week and still waiting, very good job!
