Fantastic service from Bill today. He fixed our old-ish Samsung TV in the home today within a few hours of contacting him at a very reasonable cost. We are delighted. Bill is a very professional, friendly and clever guy. Do not hesitate to give Dunelm TV repairs a ring for a 5 star service!
First Class service , Bill is a total gentleman he helped us out with our Hisense T V and we where refunded by the seller as the TV did not last a reasonable length of time , HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY
We have had a longstanding issue with a OLED TV and the company which supplied it. I was told I had to get a report on the fault, and likely causes, by an independent engineer. I found Dunelm TV Repairs online and spoke to Bill. He came out to the house the same day, examined the TV, identified the fault immediately and sent his report to me the following morning. This was passed on and as a result my issue has now been dealt with and I have received a refund.
I was so impressed with Bill. He clearly knows his stuff and was able to suggest top-rated replacements. He also followed up his visit with a couple of calls to see how my claim was progressing. I will be recommending him to everyone I know.
