I ordered a product (personalised chopping board) from Dust and Things which when it arrived it had slight damage. I contacted them and within a matter of hours I had an e mail apologising and within 24 hours they had sent me a replacement product.
What an excellent service and well done. Thank you

Mans walnut jewellery box

Some initial issues with the lettering not going through on the order and delivery arrived later than expected which was the fault of Royal Mail. Overall the quality of the box is good with a deep walnut colour . It is larger than expected with an internal mirror. It will be gifted.

I had the best service ever

I had the best service ever, my message was personal for a lost loved one and they did my order in record time so I could take with me to the funeral.
