Beware free delivery

Unfortunately I have not received the products I ordered with free delivery and customer service are demanding I pay for delivery despite the offer of free delivery when I made the purchase
Don’t use this retailer unless you want a lot of hassle
You can get the same things cheaper from other websites

We do offer free standard UK delivery for our customers. I can see from our correspondence that your order had been returned to us due to an issue with the delivery address provided to us.

As the order had been returned to us due to the issue with the delivery address provided to us during point of purchase, we do require a contribution towards the re-delivery costs as we aren't able to cover the cost of redelivery for orders that have been returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. We do rely on customers to provide us with correct delivery details, as we are not to know if the address provided is not correct.

I love this little lamp

I love this little lamp. A great gift and an excellent price. Beautifully engraved with my granddaughter's name. (The engravers name is on the card which makes it a little more personal).
Also, quick delivery and well packaged.
