A sleek, elegant, great quality case that fits my phone perfectly and looks great. Neck strap makes me feel safe when walking outside and credit card holder means I don't have to carry a bag. I have three straps for my case for different looks. Highly recommend this case and company.

29th 4th business day but no update at all and parcel status is still preparing

29th emailed CS, same day received a reply saying they need to check why

30th emailed me and said restock delay

*Website says UK delivery is 3-4 business days*

So I asked for a refund as it was meant to be a birthday gift for my friend, appreciated some times logistics might not be expected but at least let me know ahead than leaving me to rush and look for an alternative this last minute.

CS said they did email me regarding the delay but apart from getting promo emails from them, I did not receive any update email from Dutchies.

CS did kindly offer a 10% discount code but hey first time buyer get £5 off complimentary offer anyway… using that would be better than using 10% discount code on a phone case?

Quality products, it's a shame that the chains are all made of plastic beans rather than stones but they are sturdy and superior to any other similar products in the market. The leather is good. Super chic and stylish.

If you work with silver, it calls for a silver phone case with accessories, and I found one at Dutchies. Sturdy case, good quality, fast delivery. Pleasant communication.

I recently bought a phone case and some additional accessories from Dutchies and honestly had such a positive experience that I felt it deserved a review.

The products themselves were absolutely beautiful and felt really premium. Shortly after receiving them, I got a proactive message from the company explaining that they had noticed some customers experiencing deterioration in the leather quality of one of the items I had purchased.

What really impressed me was how they handled the situation. When I contacted them, their customer service team was incredibly supportive and understanding. Even though I had already started using the accessory, they immediately offered me a replacement free of charge.

I’ve now received the replacement case and, to top it all off, they even included a little extra gift in the parcel — such a thoughtful touch.

We all encounter issues with products from time to time, but what really matters is how a company deals with them. Dutchies genuinely understand customer service and clearly put their customers first.

Chain broke after 14 weeks. Rings on case have tarnished. Product is of poor quality. They only fully guarantee their products for 3 months then offer poor service.. If I were you I'd save your money and not buy from this company...Never will I be recommending them or be purchasing again!

Beautiful phone case and accessories. My son bought me as a gift. Three months in and the gold parts are tarnished. I’ve hardly used it and I am so disappointed as I have been keeping if for weekends. These are not cheap prices so I am shocked at this and it’s a lot of tarnishing

What a luxurious treat these cases are. I treated myself to the case, two charms, the crossbody strap and coin purse. I no longer need a purse and bag as a busy mum. I pop my cards in the phone case, my cash in the coin purse & keep everything safe whilst looking so chic! The quality is amazing, all leather and so so pretty! The metal hardware hasn’t broken or tarnished and I throw my phone everywhere (my toddler does too) worth the price. Quick delivery to the uk. In love!

I ordered the Mariah charm for my new Dutchies Phone Case. It’s a multicoloured sparkly grab chain that compliments the long leather strap or can be used on its own with the phone.
I just love it, it gives me joy every time I see it, and my friends love it too!

Unfortunately, this purchase was very disappointing. The strap is far too long, even on its shortest setting (for reference I am 5 foot 3) On top of that, when adjusted it to the shortest length, the strap left a long loose tail that couldn’t be tucked into the intended loop, making it look just sloppy. I was unhappy enough with the design and quality to want to return it, only to find that the return shipping fee was £15! I was stunned as the package is really quite small. I understand a small returns charge, but this felt excessive and totally unreasonable. Overall, a disappointing experience in terms of both product quality and customer service. I wish I’d read the other negative reviews here first as my experience is certainly not the only one like it.
