I ordered the Mariah charm for my new…

I ordered the Mariah charm for my new Dutchies Phone Case. It’s a multicoloured sparkly grab chain that compliments the long leather strap or can be used on its own with the phone.
I just love it, it gives me joy every time I see it, and my friends love it too!

Totally unreasonable returns fees

Unfortunately, this purchase was very disappointing. The strap is far too long, even on its shortest setting (for reference I am 5 foot 3) On top of that, when adjusted it to the shortest length, the strap left a long loose tail that couldn’t be tucked into the intended loop, making it look just sloppy. I was unhappy enough with the design and quality to want to return it, only to find that the return shipping fee was £15! I was stunned as the package is really quite small. I understand a small returns charge, but this felt excessive and totally unreasonable. Overall, a disappointing experience in terms of both product quality and customer service. I wish I’d read the other negative reviews here first as my experience is certainly not the only one like it.

Fabulous and beautiful

My beautiful navy phone cover fits snuggly on my phone, the matching purse holds my cards, car key and lip salve, and looks fabulous.

Warning for uk buyers - you will receive an invoice off fed ex for taxes
Beautiful products but would not recommend because of the £45.08 invoice I have just received. I have been purchasing from bandolier for a number of years and never had customs charges, should have stuck with what I knew

I’m absolutely delighted with my Dutchies phone case. The quality is outstanding, the leather feels really premium, soft yet durable, and the finish is beautiful.

Excellent service … bought the wallet for IPhone 17promax.. coco strap and mini purse all stunning bought a second coco strap diff size too .. came beautifully wrapped and super fast delivery .. cannot fault service or quality .. will absolutely be making more purchases have my eye on another strap off to order now 😍

Never arrived and no refund issued.

I placed and order 3 weeks ago for a phone case at the cost of £52. The order did not arrive. After tracking the order it had been delivered to a completely different address in another town. I contacted Dutches who at first were insistent the order had been delivered to my home address even though I had sent them a screenshot of the tracking information showing where the phone case had been delivered to. After a few emails back and to they finally agreed the wrong shipping label had been attached to my parcel. They did then agree they would send me another phone case out. This was over a week ago and it still hasn’t arrived. I did contact them a few days later by email to say it still hadn’t arrived 3 times in total to which I had no response. I then posted a review on their website to say how disappointed I was that my order hadn’t arrived but even more disappointed that they were ignoring my emails. They did then come back to me and asked me to wait until after the weekend and if the phone case hadn’t arrived they would issue me a refund on the Monday morning. I have emailed them 3 times since the Monday morning to ask for my refund and again not a single reply. Can only say I feel completely ripped off, this was not a cheap item and I’m going to have to pay for another case from another company. It’s clear I will not be getting anywhere with Dutches.
If anyone reads this from Dutchies this is my order number #2193807 and I would be extremely grateful to have my money back.

Negative rating

Tbh negative rating if I could. My order cost about £180 and I was expecting it until Mothers Day. So I ordered on the 1st of March and then I got an email saying it will be delivered on the 4th of March. Then when I checked the tracking parcel link it said the parcel never reached Fed Ex. I checked a few days later still no update. Emailed customer service and they transferred me to ‘special investigations team’ which is simply a fancy name because they had no idea what had happened with my parcel. After one email from them saying it will be resolved I never received an update. I was told to email again because clearly that is what my job is - after I place an order, I should keep emailing to check for resolution rather than expecting swift responses from their staff. I await refund for my never delivered and clearly non track able parcel.

Excellent service, great quality goods

I ordered a phone case, 2straps, and a purse ,also. Got a free perfume bottle,I chose the lovely burgundy colour which was just as it was shown online. I placed my order from the UK and received it 4days later . Excellent service ,the quality of the goods was as stated ,high quality leather and so well made. I am delighted with my phone case and accessories and will certainly be buying from dutchies again ,well done !!!

I ordered a case with a chain strap

I ordered a case with a chain strap. The case has space for a card at the back of the phone. This is unusable! I cannot get a card in and out of the case easily it’s impossible. The chain strap is so heavy, it’s totally impractical. I’m actually worried about using the chain strap and it smashing my phone screen. I would consider this style over substance. It’s not usable for a phone and everyday use. I’m so disappointed that they are now asking me to pay £16 to return the product? This is a disgraceful charge to clients. What a waste of money. I’ve raised this with the customer service team so let’s see what they come back with?
