Duux Whisper Fan not compatible with Alexa

Purchased a Duux whisper fan based on the claim that it was compatible with Alexa. Have not been able to connect to Alexa where there are supposed to be Alexa Skills that can be used, but there are none for the fan. Been waiting unsuccessfully for 3 months to see if there is an update.

Impressive service and fantastic fan!

Ordered a fan on a Wednesday and it was delivered Friday at noon via DPD, impressive service!
I also like that I could pay with PayPal.
Free shipping and even a 10% discount with the subscription to their newsletter, you really can’t beat the price vs other retailers.
I just wish the fan I ordered was available in silver instead of just white - for some reason the version in silver is impossible to find anywhere.
The fan itself overdelivered so far!
Premium packaging (nice touch!), easy to build and soooo quiet, and with so many different speeds. I always hated electric fans but I’m in love with this one. Definitely worth spending a bit more than your average fan considering what you’re getting.

Best purchase of the year

Best purchase of the year, absolutely love this fan. So quiet 🤫 you can’t hear it and love the natural wind mode as though you’re outside. The sleep mode is great for keeping you comfortable during the night with no noise. With 26 settings and not only oscillating side to side as well as up and down. Highly recommend this fan

QR Code Issue - Resolved

I originally posted on the 31/12/22, r.e. an issue where scanning a QR code found in the user manual for the "Threesixty 2 Smart Ceramic Heater" took me to the wrong website, and subsequently leading to my card details being "stolen".

After posting my review, the customer services team at Duux quickly got in touch, and supported in investigating the issue. We believe the issue to be with the QR code scanner app that I had used, as opposed to anything Duux have control over.

As such, I have edited this review to reflect. The customer services team at Duux were very helpful, and prompt in their replies. In terms of the product itself, it has performed in-line with expectations, we are very pleased with it.

Customer Return

Am waiting for a reply to my email, I finally got round today to opening the fan I purchased a few weeks ago from Duux.co.uk it was very apparent that the product was a return from another customer, due to the box seal had been opened , there was a bad mark on the extension pole, the battery and screw was missing from the remote, and the screw was missing from the fan blade enclosure. I continued to set the fan up, and all seems to work fine, I am annoyed that no answers your phone number as I have tried calling the helpline number a couple of times, ….. in general a good fan, just a shame I got a customer return as a new product
