I had an issue with the voice not syncing properly on dvdfab converting from video to dvd format. I contacted them about it and the next day Mona replied with a solution that works.

I have great success with blu-rays. DVDs are more problematic due to audio sync issues. But overall this is the best software for its purpose that I have found.

DVDFab is a solid product, able to decode most disks others can't. It is a little pricey if you want all the options, but a good value over all.

I have been using DVDFab software for years and have never had an issue getting any issue resolved whether technical or with a purchase. Support has been great.

The software (I've mostly used the DVDripper) is good. It ticks all of the boxes - functionality, good UI, looks aesthetically nice even. I am very satisified with my purchase. It was also a fair price. Everything adds up and makes sense about this purchase/experience. I have trust in the company.

I have been using it for years. Starting version 12. Version 13 had growing pains but it's 99.9%. They have everything you need for building you needed backups of you physical media. All the codes for the blue ray and blue ray 4k, the anti-copy etc... all one in one. you don't need to event think about it. It is Great Software. It maybe a little pricey but it well worth it.

The main apps work flawlessly and at a very high speed, the latter being for me the most beneficial feature.

Initially, I was unable to access the app after upgrading. Mona from DVDFab was patient and persistent and performed resolution the problems. Now everything is working.

When it works, it works brilliantly, but it doesn't always work. It's not just UHDs, though I have yet to successfully copy one, and their EXTREMELY limited number of drives that UHD Copier works with (which does not include the Verbatim 43888 I use with MakeMKV!) sort of makes me wonder if their product works at ALL on UHDs.

It also has a spotty record when it comes to Blu-Ray Copier, and it lies to you by saying "Your disc is dirty or scratched, clean it and try again!"—which NEVER works, BTW! Why can't they just say, "We can't open this, we're a failure!"...which they are when it comes to those discs.

Unless you really want a 1:1 disc copy of UHDs and ALL Blu-Rays? Try MakeMKV instead.

I've been using DVDFab for years and it's been great. I really like the fact that they're always improving it.

Excellent program, updated often.

DVDFab is easy to use and makes good backup files for storage. I have been using the current version for a few months and it makes great compatible files for all devices.

I've loved using this product ever since I came across it 6 years ago. The fact that I can make archival copies of discs that are rare and hard to find makes this the BEST program ever.
