Gift Card issue

Had an issue with receiving gift card. The agent took care of it almost immediately. Great customer service. And the product is great DVDFab all in one.

Dvdfab have removed the programs that I…

Dvdfab have removed the programs that I pruchased from them and everything has been erased from my account and they will not answer any of my emails I have sent them. When I open DVDFAb interface I get the trial version where I have to purchase the program again and the only way I can get into my account is thorough google because everytime I try to log in it says wrong password or email and I have tried every email I have and it they do not work. I have been a loyal customer for years and this is what they do rip off there customers

this is the best stuff

i dont know anything about this stuff. man they make so easy and the staff is very help full . i only got the 5 deal and after using it i bought the whole thing . thank guys very much for being understanding about dumb people like me . thanks again keep up the great work .
