Steep Learning Curve for Installation - Final Success Is Rewarding
While the various parts of DVDFab come together to provide a package for generating DVD/UHD disks - the process can sometimes be a bit frustrating. Mona in Customer Support was very patient and helpful in my experience, getting my needs for disk generation up and running

The product did not work, no support, fake refund process
The product did not work, immediately, at login.
The support is late and fake: they keep repeating every couple of days the same things and delay refund.
Scam company in my experience. Reporting them to credit authorities.
update: provided all the information; i asked for refund and you did not provide it; I have all the screenshot from your CS agents' fake engagement, trying to delay not to refund. I am reporting in all avenues since you did not provide neither the service neither the customer support.
