This programme has been a boon to me over the years doing powerpoint displays for the senior citizens club at our church. On the odd occasion where there has been a glitch the technical backup has been fast, courteous and very efficient. I would highly recommend DVDVideoSoft to anyone like myself who does not need a full professional programme and who may be a little technically challenged.

i updated my tool from v1.4 to a newer one and my premium key was not working anymore as it said it was for the older version, ive contacted DVDVideoSoft and expected a answer within next days, but ive got a answer AND A NEW WORKING KEY ! few minutes later. just awsome, was my second time ive had to contact them, keep up the good work.

I was having trouble with downloads not working, but after following the support instructions everything is back to normal. The app works perfectly now—thank you! And, I didn't have to wait long for their reply.

Had a problem with the functionality of one of the apps. Submitted a help desk ticket and got an immediate reply with suggestions to try. When those didn’t work they worked a couple of days and released a software update that cured the problem. No issues at all with their support.

The Support desk helped me very accurate with my problem.

My lifetime activation code "expired". They are very sleazy. The price they say you are going to pay is not what you finally have to pay to get full activation -- additional charges get added as you go through the process. They have a lot of 5* reviews -- but 25% of their reviews are 1*. That is a very high percentage, and there is a reason for it.

The software kept interrupting the download and downloading advertisements, and some songs kept repeating even though they weren't in the playlist. :-(

Amazing customer support! Ten years ago, I bought a screen recorder, and I had registration issues with the key after all these years. I contacted them, and within 24 hours, the problem was solved! Incredible!
