Great customer service and they stand by their products

I am using your radios and receivers, they work well, now will try one of your planes, i am waiting for it.

Dynam is an amazing company with the best customer service, fast shipping and unbeatable prices. The RC planes are high quality and well packaged. I have to say that their customer service surpasses any of the American RC companies. Keep up the great work Dynam, and keep putting out models other companies wont. I look forward to new models in the future. I am a huge fan of your products.

Received airplane. I opened up box to check all parts for I will be assembling this airplane at a later date. I found both wings with bent/damaged wing tips. I will try to repair these later.
These parts need to have a better packing support. I believe the damage was done by dropping the box on both sides of package during shipment. The wings were placed in separate boxes inside the main box but ran the full length of box. Adding more Styrofoam supports in shipping box at the ends might of helped wings from becoming damaged.

I assembled my new airplane and powered it on to test servos and the motor. The motor screeches loudly like it has bad bearings. I contacted customer service to ask what my options are. Was told it's fine. If it fails we'll replace it. Yeah, if it fails my plane will crash. I can't trust this motor and feel like I'm being ignored.
I had heard all over YouTube that Dynam was improving but I'm not experiencing that.

Ordered a piper cub kit from them over 23 days ago still waiting or it.
Received an email from them today asking what i thought of my purchase!!!!!
Not happy they blame the courier but this is down to them should have had the order within 12 to 15 day.

This is my first order from Dynamrc.com and it went well. The order arrived within a reasonable time frame and my items were in excellent shape and packaged in very strong and protective cardboard.
As long as my RC planes fly as expected, I'll keep Dynamrc.com on my 'good' list and gladly keep them in mind for future purchases.

I’m going with 4 stars atm the I just built it and binded it the motor keeps chirping and I don’t know why I will look into this evening I think the motor of the rec is bad

The Dynam T33 was one of the greatest disappointments I have had in over 40 years in the hobby. From the poor packaging and damage in shipping, to the failed electronics. The foam is extremely soft leading to surface imperfections from the factory. The fins on the tip tanks are made of flimsy plastic and are curled up. The landing gear is not shock absorbing at all. Not even old school coil in the strut. Just straight wire into the strut. Every nut insert for attaching the wings and stabilizer had glue in the threads, causing a screw to get seized. The EDF was badly out of balance, ESC failed after only three short bursts, and the flap servos have inconsistent travel. All the servos are nylon geared.
The company was not willing to stand behind their product and offered me a measly $20 for my issues. This does not even cover the cost to replace the defected power system, servos, and damaged wings.
I highly discourage anyone thinking about purchasing this model to pass.

The planes are unique but the quality of said planes is substandard. I have purchase 3 planes so far: a red Waco thatI had to replace the motor by the third flight. Second plane is a P61 and the nose gear retract mechanism literally fell apart on the a landing during the maiden and while I could probably get a replacement it would be the same as the failed unit. So I am extensively modifying the nose gear so it will stay together. The 3rd plane I haven't built but will likely need extensive modifications to make it airworthy as well. That said Dynam has planes nobody else makes, at prices that are, even with the issues and modification requirements, are worth it in my opinion. So, as long as you go into the purchase of the plane you want knowing it will take work to make it a good plane, you won't be disappointed.

Great plane. One of the only BF109s on the market and it's one of my favorites.

Id like to see a bit more glue included or it converted to a screw on wing and tail for version 3, fortunately I had extra foam safe glue. Maybe the tubes I got dried out.

The paint application for the white on the spinner was a bit off but at this price point. Below 200 dollars it's something I won't cry about too hard
