Stunning product and fantastic service
I have seen DyrbergKern stuff in John Lewis' but they don't have the same range in the shops versus what you can get online. I bought my chosen bracelet (a 21st birthday gift), directly from the web-site and it is absolutely STUNNING! It was shipped from Copenhagen and delivered exactly when it said it would be (within 5 working days), and I am absolutely delighted with it - I will definitely be using DyrbergKern again!

Brilliant customer service.
Beautiful jewellery and I have quite a few pieces. However the stones came out of one of my rings. After contacting DyrbergKern they replaced the ring very quickly. I was so impressed with their friendly and efficient customer service.

Excellent jewelry! I love it!!! But... I have received absolutely other earrings: not those which ordered. It is a pity because I ordered them with a bracelet for a set.

I bought my first dyrberg necklace back in 2009 and since I was never let down regarding their quality or designs.
Recently I moved to the States and when I realized that they now ship tonthe US I was thrilled! All my items came with in 5 days, in individual packages and look beautiful!!!

I am very happy with my product. the only problem was it says delivery in 1-2 days on the website, but it took a full week.I am aware that there was a long weekend so perhaps that was the cause.Otherwise really happy with purchase
