It's a Scam booking site
It's a Scam booking site, steals your card details. They pose as booking site for restaurants to charge you hidden fee, there is however no intention from them to provide you with the booking. In the end you are left with charge and no booking. I believe there is a regulatory enforcement/action against them in France.

Scam company. My wife had to book a restaurant in Italy through them and charged 1 cent. They then sent follow-up text messages in French which she didn't understand. Three monthly charges of 49 euros were made to our euro account that we weren't using so didn't notice. They only agreed to refund the most recent month.

THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY !!!! They make fake reservations for ALL SORTS, I tried to book a taxi in Ibiza and they asked for €0.01 credit charge to authorize a payment method. I then called to cancel the booking as no real taxi was ever sent and no real booking ever confirmed. Since arriving back to the uk charges of €49 have been coming out of my account MULTIPLE TIMES a month. Following research into places like Natural Pau Ibiza, they’ve confirmed it’s a scam reservation website that operates in many countries for restaurants, cabs, club tables etc.

I would give a Zero if had the option i tried to book a restaurant in France and they came up as the booking option never managed to book the restaurant i dont believe i even provided my card details but either way i found that they had charged me a subscription of £42 per month for past 2 months i have now sent a cancellation in and put a block on them with my credit card company. Be very wary of them

Mis selling of subscription service
Very unclear from website that I was signing up to a subscription service to make a simple restaurant booking whilst in France. After calling my 'dedicated personal assistant' and not getting through after several attempts, I called a different number on their website. Very unhappy with this mis selling of services. Almost all the restaurant booking services in the UK are free (OpenTable, TheFork, Quandoo etc). Please be aware and don't fall in the same trap as I did.
