These folks are real and down to earth. They work with their other lots and will get you the vehicle you want, unlike drivetime and their doodoo cruisers.
As an added bonus they have great movie theater popcorn and good aprs.
The only negative was you have to watch a video about something, I forgot what it was about cause I just watched TikTok recipes for 10 minutes. If anyone needs a good recipe Jalapeño cornbread I came across one while it played.

This was my second vehicle that I've purchase at Easy Auto my experience was exceptional on my first purchase this was my reason for going back when I was looking for another vehicle.

Divine process was fine they gave me a price because they have the century wrong my price went up and then there was a misunderstanding they said they were going to fix something at a daytime driving late the center is out the day I bought it the day after and then is my misunderstanding that it's supposed to be fixed and they said no and then the GPS is in the wrong position it's just like listening engine compartment it still has not been fixed

I just recently purchased my 3rd car from Easy Auto, everyone has always been so helpful. Mary, Hamza & Jeff all helped me in different ways & made my experience as easy as possible. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car.

Buying a vehicle is s big deal, to most people, its the 2nd largest purchase for MOST people. All that said, i will give you the good, the bad, and the ugly, cause only seems fair, and right. 1) The $100 down will be available to a RARE percentage, ours was $500! 2) Even with Co-Signer the interest rate is insane! Wife & I both pulled "Average" credit score.3) No carfax provided to you, or any type of checklist, not us anyway. So be prepared to buy a $45 Carfax, and make sure you do. 4) Notice the Warranty & Gap is same price, no matter what vehicle you looking at? That seems a little odd, imho! Also even if you Decline the $3000 Warranty, and $1500 Gap, thats $4500, this will make your payment HIGHER, because they offer you less terms, so this is how they course you into that $4500. Auto Pay could not be setup, in my situation, so as a Convience fee...LoL...I get to pay a extra $8 per payment, or $32 month, for 4 years!

Now all said Eric, did go above and beyond to put me in the vehicle I wanted, i mean that, Eric is a blessing to this place. I was not pushed or persuaded to buy something I didnt want. I told Eric, if im paying these payments, its gonna be what I want, and not settling, and you know what? He understood that, and did make the magic happen. THANKS Eric at Murfreesboro lot!

Besides Eric, and all his Awesomeness, Id look around, being honest. The payments are very expensive, and id say very few get the $100 down, and even less get thier Low advertised intrest rate.

Mary was very helpful. She went out of her way to make buying a car very easy.

When we came in they were friendly and made us feel very welcomed like we are family, I have 3 babies and they didn’t care how wild they were , they sat them down in front of the tv let them watch what they wanted gave them drinks and popcorn. I would definitely advise others to shop here. The process after approved was quick and simple
