We have been using Easybee for 3 years and since then we never missed a call. Easybee's agents take every detail of the customer's requests as well as their contact information so we can do the preparation before following up. Their agents are bilingual so they can talk to the customers who only speak Spanish. I'd highly recommend Easybee because they can customize the service according to our needs. Their pricing is unbeatable too. The last but not least, they have a real person taking care of our requests. Great customer service!

As a solo attorney, Easybee has been a lifesaver for me. They answer all calls, properly screen using a script, and take detailed messages. They are open to changes and feedback, are quick to return calls, and I have had no complaints from callers about anyone answering the phone. I have used them for interpreting services as well and have been very pleased. Their pricing was significantly better than any other virtual assistants that I researched.

I love the service it's great and affordable. The staff answers my phone professionally and Moises is responsive and very helpful.

I like that they are adaptable to your needs for call criteria and it's very helpful that they are bilingual. If anything goes wrong, the person assigned to your account is always extremely responsive and works with you to resolve the issue quickly.

The person I generally dealt with was friendly and quick to respond, but the service was sub-par (names often incorrect despite repeated requests to have callers spell them for clarity), complaints were generally not fully resolved (or not at all, such as only sending voicemails to one address), and random problems would arise such as suddenly sending emails to an employee who had been gone from the company for two years. Clients and colleagues alike complained.

On top of that, they insisting on charging for the full last month "per the contract" despite these complaints. Service was so frustrating I asked to just be charged without them answering the calls anymore. Do not recommend.
