I ordered the EasyFitPro bands and received my shipping information. However, 25 days have passed, and I still haven’t received my product. The email address they provided doesn't accept messages, and the shipping carrier hasn’t updated any progress. This is really annoying, and as of now, it feels like I’ve been scammed. I wish there was an option to give no stars, and I’m considering reporting this to the authorities.

No product and no updates
I ordered their easyfitpro bands and received my shipping info. 22 days later and I haven't received my product the email they use doesn't accept emails and the shipper they use hasn't worked on updating progress. As far as I know I was scammed.

I didn't have to wait long for…
I didn't have to wait long for delivery. I'm just bit disappointed that while I can get one shoe on I'm having trouble getting other shoe on as I can't get back of shoe on. I will keep trying.

I was disappointed with the slippers as…
I was disappointed with the slippers as the bar over my right foot does stay closed. I bought these slippers specifically so that I felt safe to walk as I have had several falls but as soon as I stand up and take more than one step the strap comes unstuck on my right foot!
