disappointed with customer services
I purchased a pair of shoes from Pavers and found them comfortable, so I decided to buy the same style in a different color. Unfortunately, the second pair caused severe rubbing on my heel after just one use, making them unsuitable for walking long distances. When I reached out to customer service, they informed me they couldn’t assist unless there was visible damage to the shoes. This experience has left me disappointed, and I’m unlikely to shop with this seller again.

Not wide fit!!!
I ordered some boots because it said they were extra wide Fit. When they arrived I couldn't even get my foot in them they were so narrow. I have since ordered boots from elsewhere that are the same size and width and they fit fine. I wouldn't order from here again.

Ordered these shoes for mum, they arrived very quickly. Order process was straightforward and being able to pay a bit extra in case they needed returning made the process less stressful. Plus mum was very happy with her sandals!
