HAD AN ISSUE BUT IT WAS A MISUNDERSTANDING THAT HAS BEEN PROMPTLY RESOLVED
I had a withdrawal issue as of 6th May but due to some misunderstanding, I wrongly accused them of holding my withdrawal.
Now, however, on 8th May, after their public holiday. The main staffs are back and my issue was promptly given the attention it deserved.
I highly recommend if you have any issues with the broker, contact the support team and they will promptly work to clear any confusion and resolve the issue abruptly. I have used this broker for more than 2 years and I strongly recommend them. Thanks.

GOOD BROKER
I traded swiss interest rate on this broker on 21st March 2024. Which successfully went in my favor and withdrew the funds through Skrill which I initially deposited with. Received the withdraw without issues. Client Relationship Manager was very efficient to communicate and made sure i received my funds.

Personally, my experience so far has been extremely great. I had some issues registering and one of your staff, Mr David was very helpful and professional in his approach. It made me rate this company well for his prompt response to my inquiries. His customer service and maturity stand him out. He made me decide to finally do business with Easymarket. He is professional to the core judging by how he handled his work and customers. You are required to verify your trading account with 15 days from your registration. Your account was closed because you had provided invalid details and therefore, your account verification could not be completed.

This "Easymarkets.com" platform deserves only one star because they are cheating to the customer and reserving all the funds for their own use in case of user deposit before verifying .
I have completed all the necessary process and then it reached 80% after call verification. Then they said I will shortly informed in coming 1 working days or with8n 24 hours and after a few hours I started checking my account to make deposit but while entering my email and password for login, it shows me your account closed, I was shocked and i asked customer care but they told me it was not meeting the requirement of verification process, finally also sends detailed review of my account that which of the things not meet for the verification, I want to know through email attaching citizenship document and rental agreement letter, but there is no reply to me. Total disappointing.
